When a baker and a bartender come together, a beautiful thing happens: Lulu’s Chocolate Bar Lulu’s Chocolate Bar was envisioned by two best friends, Rebecca Radovich and Janine Finn, who were having no luck getting bank funding to start their dream restaurant. After raising the money on their own, Lulu’s was made into a reality in 2007, and Savannah quickly embraced the lively little establishment, voting it “Best Desserts” every year since its inception. Lulu was inspired by both women’s Grandmothers: colorful personalities and masters in their own kitchens, who also happened to enjoy a cocktail now and then. one of the highlights of my Savannah trip! lulu’s was featured in a youtube travel guide so i had high expectations. and they were absolutely met! the crème brûlée trio was excellent. all the flavors were absolutely spot on – crunchy brûlée on top, cold custard on the bottom. and i loved the creativity of the raspberry and chocolate crème brûlée, it was like no other crème brûlée i’ve ever had. the price was also very fair ($8).

the ambiance here is really nice, it’s a cool night hangout spot in the city, and would be perfect to bring friends or a date. the workers are friendly and have great hospitality.

We had a lovely time and this bar is perfect for a dessert cocktail (their actual desserts looked good as well, but we didn’t partake.) The service was nice, friendly, and fairly quick for a craft cocktail bar. We truly enjoyed it. Thank you! (Our waitress was savannah from savannah . Perfection!)

Yesterday I went to lulus chocolate bar, it’s a cute little dessert shop but when I walked in to get seated with my friends I asked the waiter to sit outside last minute because my friend really wanted to and I wanted to help her out so I asked he was very sassy about it didn’t even respond verbally he just snatched the menus back up and aggressively sat them on the table outside. If I knew it meant the waiter being so weird to us I would’ve just sat inside, Throughout the whole dining experience he was very passive aggressive and not very helpful like he didn’t want to help us? I know people have bad days but jeez our first experience was not good in that aspect because of him. I really enjoyed the chocolate chip cheesecake but I wouldn’t recommend getting a Shirley temple or the praline pecan pie it’s not so good for the price. The cafe inside was cute and clean! I just definitely will not forget how oddly the waiter treated us with just straight sass.

Great vibe in this small and hip dessert spot. Awesome drinks and delicious desserts. Skip dessert at the restaurant and come here. Chocolate martintis were the bomb. Service was excellent.

Incredibly disappointing.

The cheesecake was decent, but it lacked depth – some flaky salt would’ve made it pop, and it was missing tang. My husband’s double chocolate brownie was supposed to be warmed, but it arrived cold. Despite being cold, it tasted burnt, and was very dry and sandy. The raspberry truffle martini was so strong that my husband and I split it and we felt like we were breathing fire after each sip. We were not ID’d for the martini, despite signs claiming they ID everyone (we are both in our mid-20s, but we must look old).

Our waitress sat us, took our orders, and disappeared for twenty minutes. She brought our desserts and left without asking if we needed anything, and didn’t come back to our table for thirty minutes. We were sitting by the front, she walked past us many times, but we were never able to get her attention despite trying to flag her down several times. We considered approaching the counter for help, but the young man up there was quite swamped with a continuous long line – there appeared to be only two employees on a busy Sunday night.

I had high expectations based on all the glowing reviews, but our experience was less than mediocre, both in the service department and the dessert department. Date of visit 11/9/25.

Lulu’s was a great end to our night after a dinner around the corner. Their location is a great atmosphere and cute! The menu is all to die for and everything we had was delicious. If I was from Savannah, I would be there almost daily!

We stopped here after dinner for an after dinner dessert drink. I got the raspberry truffle and my husband got the mocha martini. Both were stellar. We are always a one and done with martinis but wish we could have tried more. We got three desserts to go. The special which was grand mariner cake, pecan pie, and the strawberry suspension cake. Each piece was enough for at least 3 servings!! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend.

This was my first time at Lulu’s and I must say I had a great experience. I went there with a couple of friends. We shared a charcuterie board as well as got a nice sweet treat. I tried their triple moose and it was delicious, although I wish I would have gotten a slice of cake in the end. The other desserts also looked quite tasty.

This place is pretty cute. We were visiting friends that live here. The cookie was delicious, the brownie was OK according to the hubbie. The chocolate covered strawberries were pretty tasty, though. We had white chocolate and dark chocolate. The drinks were cool, from the mule, not your dad’s, and good Ole strawberry milk. The waitress was a bit odd but not bad. We would visit again because the vibe was nice.
