Luke’s Lobster is a B-Corp Certified, Maine-bred seafood shack committed to simple dishes that highlight superior ingredients, served straight from the source, without the filler. Our Luke’s shack is located in NYC’s Financial District, a stone’s throw from such New York landmarks as the Wall Street Bull, the New York Stock Exchange, the Brooklyn Bridge, and One World Trade, as well as ferries to the Statue of Liberty, Governor’s Island, and Staten Island. Located where many NYC communities overlap, our shack brings a little slice of Maine to the city with New England favorites like clam chowder and blueberry soda. Stopped by Luke’s Lobster in FiDi and had such a great experience Nadia was AMAZING. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, patient, and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to explain the menu and made sure everything was perfect.
The lobster roll was fresh, buttery, and packed just right but the service is what really stood out. Nadia made the whole vibe feel light and friendly, especially during a busy workday.

Stopped in for a quick dinner, there was no wait to order and the food came out quickly. I ordered a cup of clam chowder and the flight trio which is 1 roll of lobster, crab and shrimp. They are about half the size of a full roll. You get a bag of chips and a drink included when you order rolls. If you eat there they bring your food out to you. The seafood was super fresh and delicious.

We stopped by Luke’s Lobster in New York right after our Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty tour and it did not disappoint! We tried the lobster, crab, and shrimp rolls, and each one was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. The toasted buns were buttery and crisp—absolutely delicious. We also had the clam chowder, which might just be the best we’ve ever had—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. A must-visit spot for seafood lovers in the city!

Luke’s Lobster was… fine. The lobster roll was small but decent, nothing special. The $35 price tag felt steep, especially since it only came with a bag of chips and a store-bought drink. For the same price, you could easily get several better meals nearby. Not terrible, just not worth the cost.

Excellent dishes! I had the gluten free lobster roll and clam chowder. I also tried the lobster bisque and the gluten free shrimp roll. Everything was great. The portions are not very big but they make sense. A good lunch is one roll plus a side like chips or a soup.

Jasmine continues to live up to her title as the Legend! The moment you come in, she is quick to help, then prepares the best food you will ever eat and brings it over to you with the biggest smile and sweetest energy. It is always a pleasure to stop in for such a refreshing and delicious meal. The bathroom and tables are kept clean, and the environment is just so full of life and warmth (Nadia did a beautiful job decorating for the holiday season). Every time I come to the city, I make sure to stop by here! The limited time snow crab is the best!!! I wish they always had it!
