This place is super delicious. The wait staff is on point. They truly went above and beyond to make my experience remarkable and welcoming. I was very hungry Luisa’s staff did their thing to make sure I left their establishment a happy customer. I had a side salad which was fresh and crisp, their garlic knots were warm and fresh full of flavor. The calamari was cooked perfect it literally melted in your mouth. I got a slice of cheese pizza which definitely was worth every bite. I added an eggplant it also was full of flavor down to every last bite. Lastly I got a veal parmesan sub and that let me say was mind blowing. This is a cozy spot with a great atmosphere, it will definitely leave you full for the next couple of days. Nothing beats a comfort meal and this place surely lived up to every satisfying bite. Thank you all for the great experience.

We had the Luisa’s Special Pizza in the Sicilian version. It was a thick deep dish style crust with plenty of toppings. And it was among the best we have ever had.
We didn’t try the other items on the menu but we are sure to be back!
I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for pizza!

We were a table of 12 that ate at Luisa’s tonight because I loved it so much when I visited 3-4 years ago. Our waitress had tattoos and piercings, (I can’t recall her name unfortunately), but she was amazing and handled such a big group like a champ. She was very professional with great recommendations. She was on her game and seemed very laid back and unstressed. All the food came out ready, hot and delish. The garlic knots are garlicky and perfect! Loved the generously sized salad with homemade dressings…Italian and ranch. I ordered the angel hair with meat sauce again because I loved it so much. Both pizzas were delish, my son and nephew ate and loved their chicken parm. My mother-in-law enjoyed her meatball sub. My daughters shared the Cacio Pepe or whatever it is called and one said it was the closest one she’s had since her trip to Italy this past summer. My neice had the penne alla vodka annd thought it was great. Also, the peach moscato wine was amazing as well. This place is a true gem and we will return on our next visit for sure.

We recently moved to the area and found this place while getting gas and what an amazing find! The bread and butter they bring out is so good. I got one of the specials, the Italian Grilled Cheese with bacon and a salad, and my husband got the tortellini with meat sauce. We finished dinner off with a slice of cheesecake. This place is amazing! This will definitely be our new date place. Can’t wait to try everything else they have. ❤️

We stopped in while traveling back from the mountains, looking for something simple for the kids—good pizza, a clean place, and a friendly atmosphere—and this spot went above and beyond our expectations!
Our waitress was so kind, and the owner personally greeted us when we arrived and again before we left, which really spoke volumes about the kind of place this is.
The pizza was outstanding—the crust was perfectly crisp, the toppings and cheese stayed in place, and every bite was delicious. The warm bread served before the meal was such a nice touch too.
We only wish we lived closer because we’d be regulars here! But we’ll definitely be stopping back in on our next trip to western NC.

Firstly, the service was outstanding. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Super impressed there.
Food was good and seemed very fresh. I was impressed with the chunky vegetables in my pasta. The complimentary bread smelled great however was not quite cooked completely and 1 end was doughy.
All in all, it was a great experience. Great service is hard to find.

First time here. Was blown away by everything. Service was phenomenal. She was helpful with suggestions and very attentive without being overbearing.
Food was excellent, original Stromboli was best I’ve had. With and daughter had chicken Alfredo the Alfredo sauce was the best we’ve had in a restaurant in a while however, the chicken could definitely use some seasoning. It just seemed to be plain grilled chicken. It was good but a good seasoning would put the dish over the top. They ran out of pizza slices so he made daughter a personal pizza she really liked it. We all had leftovers. We will definitely be back.

Food was delicious and prices reasonable. I expected more from our appetizer they were bland. Bread they serve is so yummy but be careful it was very hot to the touch. Pasta and salads were large and delicious. Next time we’re trying the pizza. Staff was super friendly.

This restaurant is located in a shopping plaza. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza, which was a weekly special and my boyfriend ordered pasta carbonara. The pizza was quite good, I really liked the crispy crust. Although the chicken did not have much flavor, and the bacon was really chewy and undercooked in parts of the pizza which made for a very unpleasant texture and taste. They serve very large portions. We had to take half of our meals home because there was a lot of food. The service was OK. Our server was friendly enough, but when asked to provide some recommendations, she really wasn’t sure what to say. They do not make their pasta in house, as another reviewer had mentioned. If we go back, I would just get a slice of cheese pizza.
