We recently moved to the area and found this place while getting gas and what an amazing find! The bread and butter they bring out is so good. I got one of the specials, the Italian Grilled Cheese with bacon and a salad, and my husband got the tortellini with meat sauce. We finished dinner off with a slice of cheesecake. This place is amazing! This will definitely be our new date place. Can’t wait to try everything else they have. ❤️

Great atmosphere and such a sweet server! Only criticism is that the calamari is unfortunately rubbery :/ Other than that the food was excellent!

By far the best food and service my family has had in a long time. From the salads, to the appetizers and then the main dish. Delicious!!!!!! God has definitely stuck his hands in this food….. Definitely my new favorite place. I have been singing since I left.

We bought a large Hawaiian that was burnt, tough as leather and made without a single care for quality. They were very light on the toppings, they were piled in the middle. Some slices only had just cheese while others had hardly any toppings. Very low quality for the price. Worst crust ever. Like eating a leather ashtray. Never again. Also, employees park their huge trucks right in front of the building so you can’t. One of them, a silver junk thing, takes 2 spaces. This place is run by adolescent thinking.

It doesn’t look like much on the outside, but this food IS LEGIT. Authentic Italian and a very good price for the portion sizes. We love it there. The owners are very involved in the cooking and greet you or thank you as you leave. ❤️

We had a party of 7 that included 3 kids (12, 6, 3). When we were seated, we were the only customers. When ordering it was obvious that our waitress was new b/c for every question she needed to ask someone else for the answer. She ended up writing one of our orders down wrong, but came back after at least 15 minutes & asked about the special order (which was actually a standard menu option). It took over 15 minutes to get our drinks (most water), 30 minutes to get our salads, & over 70 minutes to get our main dishes. It was obvious that this was not a kitchen issue as other tables were served their food & actually completed & left before we got our main dishes. We are frequent customers of Luisa’s & this is the first bad review I have had for them … they are typically very good. Someone in control should have stepped in and made sure this did not occur at this level.

We were driving on highway 40 returning from Asheville and were looking for a pizza place close to the highway. It was our lucky day to find Luisa’s in Marion! We had the stuffed pizza. Its incredible! Very filling so we had leftovers which we fully enjoyed later at home. Our server was super friendly and checked on us often. The manager spoke to us when we were leaving, which we appreciated. This place is right off 40 so its easy to get to. All of the other food being served looked delicious, too! Family friendly place. Very clean, too. Worth the stop and we will eat there again!!!!

The waitress was an absolute doll!! Super service and had a great time. I have been searching for authentic pizza like they have in NY, and this is it. Perfect sauce, crust, everything was absolutely wonderful. I’ve been back again and again!! Couldn’t ask for a better pizza or a better staff. Do yourself a favor and try it!!! I’m sure glad I did!!

We got the alfredo which was more like a cream sauce with little to no flavor it was really runny. The stromboli on the other hand was good and big enough for me and my wife to share which was good since I didn’t finish my pasta. The bread they serve was good and was served fresh and hot. Service was good and the atmosphere of the restaurant was good.

This place has never let us down! The staff are GREAT! The food is AMAZING! The prices are very REASONABLE! The chicken wings are the BEST around, and I KNOW, I’ve tried them ALL! The Luisa’s burger is definitely among the best around also! We have never had any item from here that wasn’t AWESOME!
