This was our first time at Luigi’s and I already can’t wait to go back! We made a same-day reservation for 5:30 PM on a Saturday. It wasn’t very busy, and you probably could have walked in with little to no wait.
I ordered the Bolognese ($26) and my boyfriend got the Fettuccine ($21) with grilled chicken (+$7), which was amazing. Both dishes were delicious, but I would definitely recommend the fettuccine — it was seriously top tier.
They also served sourdough bread with oil, balsamic, and pesto, which ended up being one of my favorite parts of the meal. The bread was incredible.
Next time I go back, I’ll probably try the chicken piccata since that was my second choice.
Great atmosphere, great service, and everything came out quickly.

This was my first time dining at Luigi’s Ristorante Italiano, and it was a very pleasant experience overall. The meal started with freshly baked bread served with olive oil, which was simple and comforting.
I ordered the Arancini and Gnocchi alla Genovese. The Arancini was just okay, but the Gnocchi truly stood out—rich, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. It was easily the highlight of the meal.
The service was absolutely top-notch. A special thanks to Ronnie for being attentive throughout the visit, which really elevated the dining experience.
I’m definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more items from the menu. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming Italian dining spot in Mason.

My husband and I went to Luigu’s to have a small celebration for each other. We were greeted immediately and sat in a beautiful dining area. Our waiter Jeremy was very attentive and knowledgeable, we ordered drinks and bruschetta to start. One word delicious! Then we moved on and shared a dish of gnocchi, tortellini, and ravioli added scallops this dish was plenty for both of us, we had left overs. The pasta was perfect, the scallops were cooked so perfectly it made me question every time I have had them in the past! All of this for less than 60 dollars, sold!!! This is a solid dinner choice any day if the week. I cannot wait to go back on a weekend to try a chief special! I also heard a lot about the lamb!

Luigi’s has become the family restaurant. The calamari is one of the best in Cincy. The espresso martinis are top notch. The burger and fries, despite not being Italian are perfect everytime. The arancini is delicious and you cant go wrong with any of the pasta dishes. Its a small space but we go for lunch so finding seating is never a problem. There is plenty of parking in the lot.

Luigi’s Ristorante Italiano is hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made us feel like family, checking in at just the right times without ever being intrusive.
The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish tasted fresh, authentic, and beautifully prepared. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauces were rich and flavorful, and you can truly tell they use high-quality ingredients. Dessert was the perfect finish—delicious and indulgent!
The atmosphere ties everything together. Cozy, inviting, and full of classic Italian charm, it’s the perfect spot for a date night, family dinner, or special celebration. The ambiance strikes that perfect balance between elegant and comfortable.
Luigi’s Ristorante Italiano delivers incredible food, top-notch service, and a warm atmosphere every time. We’ll definitely be back!

I think this is the best food we’ve had in Mason since moving here about 1.5 years ago. I wish I’d taken pictures of the food but it was sooooo good we ate it all before we thought of it. After trying an Italian restaurant in Loveland last year on Valentine’s Day for the first time and it being absolutely awful despite promising reviews, we decided to try Luigi’s this year and it absolutely exceeded expectations. My wife got a little nervous driving into the lot at how the building looked on the outside, but once we walked inside it was absolutely beautiful! We had a reservation and were seated immediately. I give bonus points because our waitress immediately filled our water glasses and left a carafe on the table. I drink a lot of water and it’s one of my pet peeves when they don’t keep my glass full or refuse to leave extra water on the table but that was never an issue here. We ordered the special appetizer of fig and goat cheese crostini and it was very sweet and crunchy but was gone in minutes. The bread was also amazing, seasoned very well and served with a plate of oil, vinegar, and some sort of herb mix. We both opted for pasta each getting fettuccine alfredo, my wife with salmon and myself with filet. Both meats were cooked perfectly and the dishes tasted amazing. I think not only have they convinced us to go back but probably have convinced us to come back and try the more expensive steak menu. There was not a lick of fat on my steak which I love as I hate the chewiness of large chunks of fat left on. We were literally talking the whole rest of this night about how good the food was… I might be trying to convince my wife to let me have some of her leftovers today . Definitely will be coming back again in the future, already added to my favorites list on Google!

I’ll start with positives! The guy that sat us, seemed maybe the owner, was very kind and accommodating to our family of 8. We were trying to get some pizza before we headed back to IN. We tried big dogs and they weren’t open, so walked down to Luigi’s. We got there about 15 minutes before they were officially open, and he was very gracious to seat us and take our pizza order. Inside is cute and clean.
The pizza was ok. Nothing amazing, but not bad. Crust lacked flavor but had good texture.
What was really hard for me, was our server that took over for us. Nice guy, gave good service when approached our table but was very poor in hygiene working around food. Multiple times blowing his nose into a napkin right in the bar area in front of our table. Blew his nose on the way to the kitchen. And was eating his dinner right at the bar area. I felt very disturbed that he was touching our plates after just blowing his nose and eating his food. Just not ok. 🙁

Stopped by for lunch on a weekday. Not too busy. Hubby got salmon and I got mixed pasta misto. I also got a house salad which was fresh and tasty. Loved the mixed pasta especially the ravioli. Cooked to perfection .. Al dente. Other pastas were slightly overdone. Salmon was tasted old. He didn’t like it. Would definitely come back for the ravioli.

Disappointing. I hate writing this kind of a review. Service and atmosphere were great. Filet was so-so and lasagna was dry and bland. They ran out of dessert! How does that happen? We were left with only Gelato (pretty cold), Tirimasu and Canolis. I know they were out of carrot cake. Sad if that’s all they have. When I go to a nice restaurant that is when you want great desserts. That tops the evening.
The last time we were there it was great. Maybe just a bad day for the kitchen and their food prep orders?
Anyway, doubt I will be back.

Really enjoyed my work Christmas lunch at Luigi’s. There were 15 of us in a cozy room. The server did a great job taking care of us. We were there from 12:30-3:30 so not busy at all. The food was delicious. House salad was good and the chicken parm was excellent. Really enjoyed the bread before hand as well. Great wine and cocktail list, decent beer selection. I will return sometime with my wife.
