I always judge restaurants on three key factors: service, food, and ambience. Here’s how Luigi’s stacked up:
Food: Absolutely delicious! We ordered the Gnocchi Alla Vodka and Spaghetti with marinara sauce, both served with complimentary bread. The pasta dishes were outstanding with a perfect sauce-to-pasta ratio – they definitely don’t hold back on the sauce, which made every bite flavorful and satisfying.
Service: This is where Luigi’s truly excels. The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond. They took the time to understand exactly what my child wanted and customized her meal to make her happy. That level of attention and care really made our dining experience special.
Ambience: The atmosphere is more like a bustling working environment with lots of activity. It’s not fancy or quiet, but it has that authentic, no-frills pizzeria feel that lets you know they’re focused on what matters most – great food and service.
Luigi’s may not win any interior design awards, but they absolutely nail the fundamentals of good Italian food and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend for families looking for delicious pasta and pizza with staff who truly care about their customers!

I had the pizza delivered to my house. I would give this on a 6.8. I did enjoy the pizza but couldn’t have more in 2 slices. It had a big under carriage. Overall good pizza. I just wish the dough was a bit more crispy.

Luigi Pizza is THAT place. I came here once and now it’s a regular thing—seriously, it’s addictive. The pizza? Always fresh, cheesy, and the crust has that perfect crunch. You can tell they care about quality. Every slice feels like it was made just for you.
The vibe inside is super chill and welcoming. The staff is always kind and down-to-earth, like they actually enjoy being there—and that energy rubs off on the whole experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves pizza done right.

Beyond disappointed. My party initially wanted to order one pizza with half pepperoni and half ground beef, but after some discussion, we decided to order two. In total we were charged $50 for 2 horrendous pizzas. The dough was severely undercooked and the ground beef was unseasoned. To make it all worse, it was oily and there was no sauce at all. Just cheese and bread. We ordered here on a whim and will NEVER come back again. I’ll take a risk with Domino’s.

We found two pieces of rigid plastic shards in a sandwich we ordered (see photo). There may have been more but my wife stopped eating it after these were found in her first bite. Luigi’s has had problems with two of our last three orders and with the preponderance of Italian restaurants in the area we see no need to continue patronizing Luigi’s.
1. We ordered a large sub but received a small. The restaurant made good on the mistake by sending out a second small sub but it had these two plastic shards in it.
2. Earlier this year we ordered a Sicilian pizza but when I went to pick it up they had made a traditional round pizza. The restaurant made the correct pizza but I had to wait an additional 20 minutes or so for it.
3. Disappointed in their bolognese which just seems to be using a pink sauce and dumping some ground beef onto it… it is clearly not cooked as a proper bolognese.
For these reasons I advise avoiding Luigi’s.
