I have always enjoyed Luigi’s Pizza but this time I tried the boot it was delicious toasted sandwich with ham salami cheese sauce tomato onions and lettuce. pepperoni sausage and extra cheese pizza is excellent. be sure to check out their updated menu with price changes.

Unfortunately I have to give a star but they truly do not deserve a star. I called to place a order gave the correct address and they delivered my food to the wrong street. I only know this because the reciept was in the bag which had my pjone number. When I called and complained to the Manger about this. The Manger said he would remake my order and sent it out. I then waited an hour for my food to be delivered to the correct address. We’ll it never showed so I called back up to see what was going on. I get told the Manger will call you back and I never received a call back. So I called back to see what was going on and I got told we will not be replacing your wings. You will get a reimbursement at the end of the night. So not right for them to mess up people’s orders and not fix it.

Yes, I found a literal chicken feather on the chicken wing cooked. I attempted to just take it off but it fried along with the wing. This is appalling. Every single order we have made this place has come out wrong and had to be redone or never enough sauce. This absolutely the most disgusting thing I have ever found from their business. Either need new employees or the owner needs to check the product out themselves. Do not waste your money here. I know we have one to many times. No longer receiving my business.

So I’ve ordered from this place several times the last 4 times I’ve had nothing but problems one time it took them 3hours to get us our food I have time stamps to prove it ,I called and asked what happen after an hour and half they said it went out we never got it ,then he said I’ll remake it and send it out ,the food was cold and disgusting but I let it slide we’ve had issues with food being cold when it arrives to our house ,we’ll today I have proof of my food I have very sensitive teeth so I cant have my wings ex crispy but my fiance has his extra crispy ,so instead of us having our food properly done as the ticket said mine were ex crispy and his were sloppy when asking the jerk that got on the phone to comp my wings only nothing else he was very rude and saying he wasn’t going to do anything about it .I’ve worked in pizza places since I was 9 along side of my mother who ran them and this is very unprofessional you wont fix the order or comp someone ,I will not order from this place ever again it use to be good but they are worthless any more.

We order pretty regularly, and we always leave a 20% tip, but the last 5 times we’ve ordered, they’ve either forgotten my marinara or gave me an entirely wrong salad. Today we ordered and they forgot one of my orders of Mac n cheese bites, my marinara sauce and there’s no bacon on my boot and I paid 1.50 for bacon. I called to ask them to fix it. When i realized the bacon wasn’t on my sub, I called and the girl who answered my call flat put told me “I can verify that’s not true” while I was looking at my baconless sub. She then handed the phone to a gentleman, and I’ll admit I had an attitude but I wasn’t swearing, I was trying to stay respectful but I know my tone was full of my annoyance, poor guy didn’t need that tone. They said they’ll fix it, but we probably won’t be ordering from them for a long time. The repetitive messing up of different orders and then attitude when we call to ask for the problem to be solved isn’t worth it. Like I said, we always tip 20% and usually order around $60 worth of food… I just wanted my order.

Long story short, my family, and I love their chicken wings, particularly the dry Cajun, however, today I called a young lady, answered the phone and I stated what quantities do you sell boneless chicken wings? The young lady promptly replied. I believe it was 1 pound 3 pounds and 5 pounds so I ordered 6 pounds of boneless dry Cajun and 3 pounds of honey barbecue. cost came out to somewhere around $80 and as I have always loved this place not to pat on myself on the back, but I love giving good tips so I gave a $20 tip to the driver so we’re talking about $100 order. Our chicken wings showed up, but unfortunately, they were not boneless, OK not a big deal so I called and a young kid answered or at least he sounded young, he was kind and had no idea what had happened, which I didn’t expect he would know because he’s not the one I spoke to, but I think he tried to figure it out. He kindly explained to me that boneless chicken wings do not come in pounds but they come in quantity so kindly explain to him that I did not know that and asked how was I supposed to know that as the young lady when I asked her about boneless chicken wings told me 1 pound, 3 pounds, 5 pounds?

It was very cordial, but then an older gentleman jumped on the phone and immediately told me that I could order more chicken wings in which my response then was basically I just want the right order so he proceeded to tell me about how the young lady did not say what she actually did say and I know this because I have cameras in my house and this whole conversation is on camera with sound audio. I did not go as far to let the gentleman know this however my point is he was extremely rude. I told him that it’s OK. I’m not willing to argue about it and his response was I’m not willing to argue about it either and hung up.
