As an Italian from the New York Metropolitan Area, I have great appreciation and respect for local pizza. I have ordered from Luigi’s on at least several occasions since I moved to Vermont. The restaurant’s food and customer service/staff are exceptional. The current physical conditions of the place are comfortable and respectable. Keep up the great work!

At 5:30 pm I ordered three grinders to be delivered 3-1-14. I had to give my name, address, and phone number. After 1 1/2 hours, I called to cancel my order. I was told the delivery man had just left with 10 delivery orders. At 7:40 pm the delivery man finally arrived…….I only live one mile away!!! I had already eaten and refused the order but was told to pay. There were NO discounts only told they were “slammed” tonight. Why did I need to give my phone number then if they couldn’t call and say they were overbooked! This is not the first time this has happened but it most certainly will be the last time!!!! If you eat in, it is noisy, tables left with dirty dishes on them and staff is young, rude, and too interested in talking among themselves.

Food quality is a hit or a miss. Either is super good, or tastes like cardboard. Depending on the high school burnout they have behind the counter. Delivery takes at least an hour, prices aren’t that expensive, but aren’t really that cheap either. Large seating inside

this is a cute pizza place that does slices and offers a large seating area. honestly amazed at the lower ratings on here, I’m not sure why anyone would dig into a local place that likely would have accomodated them right at the restaurant if anything was wrong.

food is hot when it’s brought out, tasty, and the staff is so friendly. most days the owners son in law is working and he is kind, accomodating, and provides great service!
I saw a review on here that the caesar dressing tasted fishy…. it has anchovies in it Please weed through these odd reviews and enjoy this place…..

Not nice people. The food was so so and the staff was not helpful in the slightest . My daughter mentioned the dressing tasted like fish. Awful . I have never tasted horrible ceaser dressing and I know its made with anchovies but this was aweful!!! But due because ceaser dressing is made with anchovies it was our dumb luck even though the dressing was nastier than any other ceaser dressing I have ever tasted …. It was our problem … And they didn’t offer her a replacement meal. Just pure bad service and manners from staff.

Finally! Been looking for months to find an all American bacon cheeseburger. Luigi’s nailed it. Would have appreciated a toasted bun, but ill request next time. No frills, no under cooked fries or Carmelized onions or strange “jams”. Just a real juicy and tasty burger with fries for under 9 bucks!! I’ll be back!

Great place to grab some pizza. Very good food. And they have a decent variety in their menu. Nice seating and in a very nice area of vergennes vt. The park is right across from the restaurant if you wanted to take your lunch outside for a pic nic.
