The waitress was real good, everyone was friendly. Food was ok had a funny taste. Portions were really small, was almost funny small, like it was a joke ok the size.
I had lasagna that was ok, son had Alfredo chicken that was just so small for a big price then they automatically added the change to bring the price to an even dollar, to me that’s not cool as I was finishing up I got really sick, and got explosive diarrhea. It was miserable, especially being 300+ miles from home we stopped 10 times for me to go, after a bottle of Imodium made it home. I was not able to finish my meal and found something hard in it, looks like a pincher to an animal, would post a picture but no way to. It’s like an inch long, got suck in my throat I would love to share the picture, like a thick spider leg kinda pincher. . Total bad after that

We have been dining here for 15 years. Luigi’s has wonderful service and delicious food. Their marinara sauce is so good. Calamari, Chicken genovese, and eggplant Parmesan are some of my favorites. Also, their Luigi’s white pizza is the best. We enjoy eating there but have also used them for catering many times. They say a catering dish feeds 10, but it usually feeds more like 15 people because each item comes with a big salad and rolls too. I can usually make two meals out of any normal menu dish. When our child was born, they brought a celebratory treat for us on the house. When our family member (who frequented often) passed away, they sent an entire meal for our family. The owners are kind people who Bartlesville is fortunate to have. I have heard many stories of their kindness over the years.

Let me tell you what. I took my date here, yes they accept reservations! The atmosphere, the staff, THE FOOD WAS ALL EXCEPTIONAL!! I’ll never go to Olive.. Olive who again? The timing on the food was FAST! And have I mentioned how good the food was! The staff is extremely nice and well-mannered! Authentic! The atmosphere is extremely nice and so is the restaurant itself. If you’re looking for good authentic food in a great experience don’t look any further than this place!

Definitely no complaints here! The new building is a very nice upgrade from the previous building. It’s almost has that date night kind of vibe when you walk in. The service staff was very nice. The young man who assisted me and my family had real good input on the menu and took very good care of us. Again from my stand point there are no complaints. Great place to eat out at.

Hadn’t been to the new building; great food! Fast service but also a nice sit down meal. Need to remember this place as an option and come more frequently. Hubby got the Viva Italia pasta and I got a Stromboli and we shared halves. Fantastic meal. House dressing is more like French or Russian; balsamic vinegar is excellent choice.

Most things on the menu are, unfortunately, bland. Chicken Piccata is supposed to be pounded thin chicken, lightly floured and sautéed in butter until done. It’s not. It’s thick chicken and seems to have a gelatin gravy-like sauce. Although the owners are authentic Italians, the food is not.

We went there the other night to eat, I order ravioli and I wanted half marinara and half Alfredo. They gave me that sauce where it’s mixed together. When I told them that’s not what I ordered they proceeded to tell me that they can’t do half and half because their Alfredo sauce is like milk, then absolutely refused to fix my food. But if I order a kids size they can do it then. So the real question is if they can’t serve Alfredo because it’s like milk then what do they use for a chicken Alfredo? We won’t be back the lady was so rude! And then to think people are that stupid to believe the lies simply because you are too lazy to go fix the food. Do better Luigi’s.

The food was not what we expected. The only thing good about meal was the bread. The waitress was hard to upstanding. Needless to say we WON’T be eating there again. Had to ask what was a food. Wasn’t appealing at all.
