The girl that took my order had zero greeting, Zero kindness and zero respect for me as a customer…. However the lady without teeth was kind and smiled while giving me my drink…. The fries where rubber… although the chicken tender was spot on good…… there is a cleaning issue as you can see oil running down the walls and stainless steal dividers…. And why is the pass threw now covered up?

Yikes! The worst Jack in The Box I’ve ever been to. I wanted to get something to eat that was quick and easy. The food not only took 30 min (+) but it was completely disgusting. There were egg shells in my sausage breakfast croissant. The fries, nuggets had oil residue, seemed like the oil had not been filtered in weeks/days.

That tall skinny white male employee who looks and sounds like hes high during his shift took a gamble and didnt even know it. Not everybody would’dve let him slide with his attitude and if he had escalated it, i wouldve protected myself to the fullest. Tell him to lose the attitude because soon there may be someone who would not have allowed him to walk away. Take that advice.

I have gone here often in the past, but for the past 6 months, I’ve cut back because of constant mistakes/long wait times/missing food/subpar food. If you decide to use this location in hopes of some “fast food,” just know it won’t be fast. Expect to be asked to pull forward to wait. I recently ordered breakfast, and the egg yolk was discolored and tasted off. Please make sure you check your order before leaving. Otherwise, you’ll have to make a trip back.

Whoever took my mom’s order at the window today was genuinely incompetent. It’s not TOO big of a deal of course but my mother stated she wanted a large coke with her #2 about 3 times and the lady still proceeded to hand her a large sprite.
Also, jack in the box’s sprite is gross. I’m not sure if this is just a location problem but it’s definitely way too lime-y. I threw it out. The #2 is good though.

High-school SoCal nostalgia. I haven’t had Jack in the box in years. The tacos and jumbo jacks were hella good for late night cravings. Did not taste as good as I remember but it’s probably because over the years I have a more refined palate.

Ordered the game day meal. I’ll spare all the individual descriptions but to say that none of the food was good (fries were ok, I guess). Oily, old, stale, missing toppings. And they were completely out of soda. I’d ordered through the app, so I was actually lucky to get my two drinks… or so I thought. The Sprite turned out to be water.
The girls working seemed stressed but were nice to me. But I def won’t ever be going back.

Asked for the Ultimate Cheese burger with jalapeños added just the burger, got home checked my burger and there’s no jalapeños. So I checked under the ungodly amount of sauce for them and there’s none, so lastly I checked the bottom and there’s not a single jalapeño on the burger. I called 2 times and no one answered the phone so here we are.
