The elusive Lucy’s Tacos, moved because of road construction, has been found. This long time, local fav with authentic Mexican cuisine has moved further north on Broadway in the AutoZone parking lot. This no frills food truck offers made on site tacos, burritos and quesadillas for a reasonable price. Times of operation seem to be at the whim of those running it, as the 630 opening did not occur to well after 7. My first encounter came away mixed, as I found my burrito was indeed 4 tacos and the first bite was that of a chicken bone. Well, we at least we know the chicken is authentic. They were quick in replacing my meal, allowing me to keep the first one. The tacos and the burrito were filled with shredded chicken, other choices available, shredded cheese, fresh tomatoes and cilantro and seasoned rice. Salsa and refried beans come on the side. The price is right for the amount you get and the flavor truly authentic.

Lucy’s is fantastic! You get an enormous amount of food for your money, and it’s delicious. Our favorites are the pastor and chorizo. Unfortunately there aren’t good options for vegetarians. Service is quick and they are very friendly. FYI it is cash only.

Hands down the best tacos I’ve ever eaten my entire lift. I live in St. Paul so every time I pass by Rochester we stop here to enjoy their delicious taco items! Yes it looks sketchy and awkward but you won’t be disappointed. Tacos are FILLED with meat and are seasoned perfectly. 8$ for 4 decent sized tacos with a side of rice and beans. Come try it out!

I had Lucy’s Tacos cater my parents surprise anniversary party. The tacos were perfect and was a hit with everyone. I would definitely give the food 5 stars, but they were almost 3 hours late for the party. I would recommend the food to anyone, but would not recommend catering because of what happened.

Unbelievable… Awesome! I was skeptical of going there tonight for the first time. Had the Chicken Burrito with a unbelievable tasting homemade tortilla. Don’t let the little walk up trailer keep you away. That burrito was so big and loaded with chicken, I had to eat it with two hands. I will be back very soon!

The best taco truck tacos I’ve ever had in town. A generous portion of rice & beans accompany your tacos, tortas, or burritos. There is usually a line, and the hours seem to vary, but they are well worth it.
