The small town roadside diner you crave on your long road trips. This one has all your nostalgic diner staples along with a large variety of home made pies, pecan and cinnamon rolls. Grab a seat at a table or the counter and enjoy the simple bliss of a solid meal and some local banter.

My wife and I have eaten here on several occasions for breakfast and we love it. ❤️ Their cinnamon pecan rolls are to die for. I especially like their bacon as I have always have to get their bacon. Service is always top-notch! Thank you!

Little cafe in the middle of nowhere, I was freezing on my bike riding towards Denver, stopped for a coffee and enjoyed the old time charm with Old chairs and dirty curtains, hope they stay open. Loved the framed different kind of barbed wires! Really nice people. So glad I stopped. Also Nick Nolte was there, zoom in the last pic:)

If I could give this place zero stars I would. As soon as went inside the place smelled strongly of armpits. We weren’t even seated we had to seat ourselves, and there wasn’t even enough room for us to sit. The waitress was extremely rude almost knocking my mom over when she passed with drinks. The waitress also looked like she was on drugs heavily. She informed us there was basically nothing on the menu. We decided to get our drinks to go and leave. On top of all that we got charged full price for our drinks and they didn’t even fill them all the way. She also had an attitude when we said we wanted our drinks to go. 0/10 do not recommend. Completely unacceptable.

Rode my Indian all the way from Milwaukee to hit a hail storm as I entered Colorado from Nebraska. Low and behold I needed to get off the highway and boom there was Lucy’s Cafe. Great specials (Chicken/Hamburger fried steak) see photo. Also tried Rocky Mountain Oysters (Bull balls) see photo, and was able to wait out the storm. Coincidentally on the way back, my throttle sensor acted up and I was riding slowy on the shoulder of the highway for about 5 miles and the next exit was, bum bum bah??? Lucy’s Cafe again. Couldn’t believe my throttle acted up at the exact same spot on the map. Let my bike rest for an hour and had an awesome green chile omelet. This place is a the only joint within 20 miles of anything. Love Lucy’s! I won’t forget it for many reasons.

The patty melt was delicious, and so was the Buffalo burger. The strawberry rhubarb pie was homemade

We had burgers and pie! It was all so good that we forgot to take pictures until we had already made our way through some of the pie!

Classic midwestern diner atmosphere! I thought it was a thing of the past, but, no! Cozy, well-worn place. The locals have a wall to hang their coffee mugs. We had the special which was a burrito plate (2 burritos) smothered in a generous amount of homemade green chili sauce. DELICIOUS and modestly priced for the amount of food. The homemade pies were a highlight. We had strawberry rhubarb and peach. Wish we could have taken a whole pie to go.
