We enjoyed our visit here! We had no line, no waiting when we got to the window. My older. Hold has a PN/TN allergy and they were very clear with their serving response to that. He was excited for so many soft serve choices. My son chose the Caramel soft serve and he loves it! My you get child has a dairy allergy – even though the website showed at least 4 options, there was only one dairy-free choice when we got there. We were told that the dairy-free selections are hard to come by right now. So, my daughter tried the strawberry lemonade sorbet. She didn’t love it, unfortunately. I had a sundae and it was very good – there was lots of topping! Friendly service!!

I consider myself an ice cream connoisseur. I will eat Dairy Queen, but recognize it’s not “good.” Whenever I travel, I make it a point to get to know the local ice cream shops. I’ve now had ice cream in 28 countries, 30 states, and countless cities. And I normally gravitate towards the housemade offerings. My expectations for Lucy’s were low, as it was in this tiny town with not much competition. But wow, all the flavors I tried were delicious! Perfect texture and balance of ingredients. I ultimately chose maple (when in Rome) and appreciated that whipped cream, sprinkles, and a cherry were complimentary. Highly recommend for post-hiking/exploring.

Stopped here after a long day of work up in intervale/Jackson area and wanted ice cream real bad and no dairy queens were 9pen @ 5pm on a Monday??!! Well I’m happy they weren’t because I saw Lucy’s on maps and tried that and I don’t regret it. Peanut butter ice cream lover here and they delivered all the peanut butter I wanted. There was a 3 person crew and they were all very kind and pleasant. And the ice cream shop is the cutest I’ve seen. It’s colorful and catches the eye. You can’t miss it when you’re driving by it. ❤ will be stopping here on my way home every time I work up here now!

Amazing and affordable ice cream shop. The owners and all the employees were all extremely Nice. Even tho they had a little bit of a line and was actually getting ready to close when we got there they made sure they greeted each and every customer that was there. My daughter is very shy when it comes to anyone who is new or a stranger and they made her feel VERY comfortable which actually made me feel very comfortable and happy as well. If your ever in the Conway village and you are looking for something to help you cool down and a little sweet and affordable with great service and smiles that are contagious I recommend going to Lucy’s I promise you wont be disappointed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Deff going back there before they are closed for the season.

Just came back from Lucy’s ice cream. It was raining so it wasn’t very busy . The service and ice cream were both excellent, I also noticed right away how clean the shop was ,even the patio was spotless. The staff were great and friendly. My only problem is I live close by. Keep up the great work

If you like soft serve ice cream you should check out Lucy’s. They have fun flavor options that we haven’t seen anywhere else locally, and you can create your own interesting combinations. It’s different than the average ice cream shop…which makes for a nice change. Staff were all very friendly!

Brownie sundae did not come in a bowl or wide cup. It came in a tall, frappe/milkshake cup, which made it impossible to get to the brownie until all of the ice cream was eaten or melted to liquid. Also brownie was not served warm and was stale. The extra star is because the ice cream itself (cookie dough) was good before it melted.

Without a doubt the best ice cream in New Hampshire. Much better than Ben and Jerry’s Friendly service by young staff and a nice outdoor sitting area. Right on Rt 16. Don’t miss it
