Me and my husband visited multiple cities in New Mexico during 2025 Christmas. We spent two days in Santa Fe and Lotus Dumpling House is our first stop. When most restaurants were closed for Christmas, they were still open and provided authentic Chinese food for us. The staff are super nice. Not only did they provide delicious food, they also gave us good tour suggestions. We felt super welcomed. Highly recommended!

Came in, seeing a small room with a few tables, greeted immediately by the extremely kind staff. Ordered pork dumplings, pork buns, and a honeydew boba tea, everything was perfect!
Was asked if I wanted my tea stronger, but was amazing as is. Usually I like a little spicier Asian food, but when I say both dishes were perfectly spiced: THEY. WERE. PERFECTLY. SPICED!!!!
The slight flavor of ginger in the aftertaste of the dumplings couples together perfectly with the dipping sauce (broth?) no heat needed, and I’m a big guy that thinks heat is neat.
The only downsides is that I love about five hours away, otherwise this would be a weekly trip!

Jessica and Gregory are both really friendly and gave me good recommendations. The dumplings can be fried, boiled or in hot soup. Love my signature dumpling in hot soup, it’s all hand make, including the noodles. The beef noodles was a little salty to my taste. Definitely will come back to try the chili and beef dumpling and the Lanzhou noodles 兰州拉面。他们也有大盘鸡，还没吃过。

Wonderful experience! We got vegetable buns, lamb dumplings and beef chilli dumplings in hot soup. The lamb dumplings are my favorite. The beef chilli were not spicy at all but you can ask for chilli oil. Sooo tasty, the dumpling and bun dough is so good.

this place was sooo yummy! we got the pork dumplings, scallion pancake, beef noodles, and bibimbap- everything tasted so fresh!
our server and his wife, the cook, were also incredibly sweet and attentive to make sure we enjoyed everything
they did warn us it would take a minute for all the food to come out but the wait wasn’t bad at all and it was definitely worth it

This place is delicious and it’s clear they really care about the food they cook and serve. Seems very authentic. I dislike goopy overly sweet Asian food and this isn’t it! Everything is fresh with complex flavors. Highly recommend.

What a great little dumpling shop. I was greeted when I sat down. The smell of the kitchen reminds of that scene on Spirited Away when the parents started eating the food. The food as delicious as I imagined. I loved it.

Whenever I’m in Santa Fe, I try & eat at a restaurant I’ve never been to. Today’s choice was Lotus Dumpling House. We had the passion fruit slush & the honeydew slush, both were excellent. The buns were fresh & the noodles weren’t meat heavy, they had a nice balance between mushrooms & beef. Excellent choice & I would definitely eat there again.
