We came here on a Wednesday evening for an early dinner. Our server was super nice and very attentive. She recommended the cheese curds as an appetizer and they were really good. We both ordered juicy Lucy’s for our entree. I loved the pickles that come on the American Lucy! You can tell they are pickled in house. The burgers were very cheesy and juicy on the inside. My husband asked for a side of the KC’s gold sauce for his burger. He was really glad he asked for it on the side because it was incredibly sweet and neither of us cared for it. The tater tots and fries were crispy and delicious. Overall, it was a good experience and we would come back again!

The server was nice but look at this burger. I wasn’t given a temp option or even told that the juicy Lucy comes medium. Being(obviously) pregnant I can’t eat that but even if I wasn’t look at how gross this looks…. Over a cup of myoglobin came gushing out of this burger and the cheese inside was extremely thin like warm milk, the whole burger was soppy and soggy within seconds. The meat was awful quality too and the toppings were plain even if you spice it up with the specialty addon. None of the fries come crispy at all- to some they may be good but definitely not my thing. For it being dead in there the food was also slow to come. Maybe they cook the burgers frozen? That would explain the meat quality but I’m not sure. The Mac and cheese is amazing!

I think the kitchen just needs some quality control on the burgers they are supposed to be known for. The poor food quality is probably why it was dead during dinner rush.

First time here. We came for lunch and it was slow. At first, I was nervous about the food with how slow it looked, but I’m happy we came! The atmosphere is rustic golden era. Like a texas bar and a 50s diner collided and created a pleasant environment with ample televisions and comfortable booths. The food was soo good. We ordered side salads as an appetizer. I got the inferno burger with fries, and my daughter got a hangover burger with mashed potatoes. The burgers were juicy, the fries were rustic cut and delicious. The only critique I have is the egg on the hangover burger wouldve been better if it was a little less cooked through, the yolk was medium. And the mashed potatoes needed salt but leaving the sodium level to the taste of the guest is a smart way to go. All in all my daughter wants to take her friends (this I assure you means it’s a hit. Lol.) and I want to come back soon to try more items on the menu and bring friends to try their draft selection. They have food competitions and events. Like bingo and trivia. I wish it was closer to home but it won’t stop me from visiting again soon! Also the bartender was amazing. She was manning the bar and made sure the people at tables were taken care of as well. She was more attentive than some servers I’ve had that only had 4 tables to focus on.

It took several minutes to be acknowledged when we were waiting to be seated. Food took a very very VERY long time to be served, over an hour. The table next to us had ordered after us but they had received their food and eaten it all before we got our food. The buffalo chicken sandwich was not edible at all. Fries were undercooked. I ate one bite of sandwich and one bite of fry. My sons steak bites had very raw pieces of meat (i asked for medium well). At that point I just wanted to pay and leave. I will not be back. Do not recommend. This is one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had.

Lucy’s is spacious, has a big bar area and it’s all open concept. There are a lot of events that go on like Bingo or trivia with very good service. I would come back for a beer and appetizer.

I had the America Lucy and I wish I would have gotten something different. It has the cheese stuffed in middle and it exploded everywhere and didn’t have much flavor. The floors were also super sticky and you could hear everyone’s shoes squeaking.

Lucy’s was on our list to try and just happened to on the way to take my son home. We walked in and were greeted immediately. There was only a few people eating. The place is large with lots of seating. Our server greeted us right away and took our drink order. We asked what she recommended and she instantly said cheese curds. Now the last time I doubted the server on cheese curds I was wrong so I didn’t judge her recommendation. They were huge cheese curds and a large portion. They came with a house made marinara. We also asked for ranch. These curds with battered and fried perfectly. The marinara was flavorful and the ranch was a perfect pairing but I went with ketchup like at the state fair. My wife and I shared a chili cheese dog hold the onions. This is Nathan’s 100% beef hot dog on a toasted bun, topped with our chili, beer cheese sauce. So flavorful, so delicious. The chili had a great flavor and that cheese sauce! Yes please give me some more. And of course the dog was perfectly cooked and flavorful. We also shared the Munchie burger, this is a 1/3 100% fresh black angus burger seasoned perfectly topped with Nacho Cheese Doritos, cheese sauce, and Flaming Hot Cheeto aioli. D-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s! Needed more aioli but was amazing. Our sides were onion rings (2) and they were the largest onion rings I’ve ever had. Nice crispy, flavorful batter fried to perfection! We also got tots. Nice and crispy with lots of flavor. I only ate 2 because of we had so much food. My son got the Bigger Mack. I had to taste this monster. It’s 2 1/3 Pattie’s topped with American cheese, shredded lettuce, pickles, and 1000 island dressing. Very messy and even more delicious. His side was their fries. He wasn’t a fan but I loved them. Fresh cut fries are always delicious. Our server, Rachel, was great. Knew the menu, made recommendations and even got us a little aioli to bring home for our tots we couldn’t finish. Over all loved the place and cannot wait to return. They do a burger challenge that I will try next time.

The service was great and you get plenty for what you pay, We had a Patty Melt and a Big Boy BLT both were very good. The Lucy fries were a little overdone. You won’t leave hungry.

We were really looking forward to trying Lucy’s Burgers, and while some parts of our order were excellent, we unfortunately had a serious issue that left us disappointed.
The chicken tenders were fantastic — crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The cheese curds were great too, and the ranch was honestly some of the best I’ve had.
However, the Juicy Lucy burgers we ordered one was undercooked — to the point of tasting raw, with a rubbery texture that made it inedible, all the burgers had a rubbery texture and the fries tasted like they were sat in a batch of sanitizer. Mistakes happen, but when I tried to call the store to request a refund, I was met with an automated voice that simply said “ask me what you need,” with no menu or options. I said “speak to manager” and was immediately disconnected. No way to get through or speak to a human. Mind you I spent over $100 here.
Great sides, but a raw burger and no customer service to back it up really took away from what could’ve been a great experience

I have food poisoning. I also added a picture of my raw burger
