We stopped here for lunch after a friend recommended it, and I was not disappointed! I got the Maryland chicken with cheddar mac and cheese and fries, and everything was delicious! The chicken was so good I had half of it gone before I remembered to take a picture. And the server was excellent! I will definitely go here again!!

They were super busy, but still able to get us in under 15 minutes, so that was a good start. The service was good despite the business and the food was excellent! The calamari was not rubbery at all and that is difficult to do. The steaks were cooked perfectly as well and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a good steak!

We had a fairly large group of us (11), and we had a wonderful time. Their kids menu is one of the best that I have seen. It was good portions for the prices. Everyone was very happy with what they had ordered. We had a variety at the table of steak, fish, salads, chicken, Mac and cheese. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive, even though they were busy. Normally in a packed restaurant, I have a hard time hearing the people at my own table. That was not the case here. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be for them to turn the heat down in the bathroom. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

We usually love and brag about this location of Lucky’s. I don’t know what was going on last Sunday afternoon, but it was not great. Let me add, they were not busy. About 50% capacity. It was like she had forgotten us. Ordered appetizer and meal at the same time. Appetizer was fairly quick. However, it was like she forgot to bring our salads. They came about 20 minutes later. When our meal did come, it was so cold that the cheese had coagulated on top of my husband steak. My fillet was cold and overcooked. We just asked for a box. She wanted to take it back to the kitchen, but we’d already been there an hour and a half. If we’re gonna warm up, might as well take it home. She gave us 15% off. We didn’t come for a discount, we came for a hot meal. It will be a while before we’re back.

It was very cold in the restaurant tonight. My steak was only cooked on one side. I asked for butter. Jennifer P. Never checked in to make sure our steaks were cooked properly and after 10 plus minutes she slid butter on to the table by then my potatoes were ice cold. I’m not impressed with the food or service. Applebee’s does better. They at least check to make sure the steak is cooked properly. Luckys is not what it use to be. I’ll go to Tex

Ordered filet mignon bites and asparagus with butter sauce. Said I had celiac and had to be gluten free. Was served a plate of the filet mignon, but a smaller dish of asparagus in the butter sauce was placed on the filet mignon plate, overflowing sauce into the beef. Part way through, I discovered the butter sauce contained wheat flour. So, after stating I have celiac and can’t have wheat flour, I am served wheat flour that was not part of what I ordered. Life-threatening for us with celiac disease where avoiding wheat is not an option. Would never trust the wait staff or kitchen again. If you have celiac, don’t eat here! Waisted $25.

They pack you in really tight. No way anyone with a wheelchair, walker, or even a mildly heavy person could make their way to a table without bonking into a bunch of patrons. Service was great. They made an error on my kids order, and gave her some free ice cream about it. Kid was happy.
