Food: The food was disappointing and was not appealing. After ordering the buffet option, my table are only two dishes before deciding we could not continue eating, due to the lack of flavor and the texture of the food. The Hawaiian pork belly was not flavorful and is a lesser version of other similar dishes provided by competitors. The spicy bulgogi was down right inedible. The entire table could not swallow the food, and the texture was completely off.
Drinks: After ordering a smoothie with boba, the boba was hard to chew and ruined the drink. After sending the drink back, the poor waitress provided us with a drink containing the same issue.
Service: The waitress was very kind, but sadly had to represent such an organization which was lacking. After receiving our complaints, lack of ordering after choosing the buffet option, and sent back drink, we did not receive a comp / reduction in the bill, which is 100% fine. The waitress was very kind, heard out our complaints and reported she would escalate.
Parking: Parking is abundant with many areas to choose from.
Once we arrived, we realized the BBQ section of the restaurant was closing at midnight, but they also have live music, which was closing at 2am. After learning this, we spoke to the manager and he agreed to let us stay and eat even though it was past their typical closing time.
The food quality here is very good. All the food was delicious, down to the white rice. The waitress was very knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. She always made sure we were taken care of and on the one occasion she was busy and we were waiting, another waitress that wasn’t serving us asked if we needed anything and brought us what we needed.
We ordered the Supreme menu, however I didn’t realize until they pointed it out that I never ordered off that menu, only the Premium menu, so the waitress mentioned this and only charged us for the Premium menu.
Overall great experience here, I would definitely recommend this place. The live music makes it quite loud but if that doesn’t bother you, then this place is phenomenal. I will definitely be back if I’m in the Phoenix area again.
