Ordered chicken wings from here for the first time and was extremely disappointed. The wings were bloody, undercooked, completely unseasoned, and honestly inedible. I ordered delivery because I was at work. When I called to explain the issue, the person on the phone insisted I bring the food back in person or they wouldn’t do anything about it, even after I explained I couldn’t leave work.
I didn’t want a replacement or refund at that point. I just wanted to let them know and sent photos for reference. Very unprofessional handling of a serious food safety issue. Do not recommend ordering from here.

I am beyond disgusted with what I witnessed at Lucky’s. While eating here, I saw a full-blown altercation between a manager and a customer, and it was honestly shocking. The manager was extremely disrespectful, cursing at the customer, raising their voice, and acting completely unhinged

The customer did nothing wrong. She simply asked for her order to be fixed to what she originally ordered, and instead of handling it like a professional adult, the manager chose to embarrass her, talk down to her, and treat her with zero respect. It was hostile, uncomfortable, and completely unnecessary. I have been coming to this place for years, but after seeing how customers are treated when there’s even a minor issue, I will never support this business again. If this is how management behaves, it says everything about how this place is run. I would never recommend Lucky’s to anyone. I don’t support businesses where staff don’t respect customers or know how to handle simple situations without cursing and acting immature. Completely unprofessional, disgusting behavior. Lost a longtime customer for good.

BY FAR the BEST PIZZA in Middlesex County! The Caesar Salad pizza is NEXT LEVEL and the Margarita isn’t far behind! If you’re in Perth Amboy I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this pizzeria. The owner is awesome and Manny the chef was trained by a chef from Naples! Both are great guys and very personable. Definitely DEFINITELY returning!

I’ve been coming here for a few years and their pizza is always good. The cesar salad slice is good, as well as the buffalo chicken slices, they’re great. And prices are not too bad.

I really wanted to like Lucky’s Pizza, but this was disappointing. Service didn’t help either. Staff seemed uninterested and the wait was longer than expected for food that wasn’t even hot when it came out. For the price, I expected much better quality and consistency.

I’ve been a customer here literally since I was a kid. I tried to order something over the phone and it seems no one understood me. The woman that answered the phone laughed when I tried to place my order when I tried to translate so she can understand me. She then passed the phone over to a man who then gave me attitude. HE DID NOT WANT TO TAKE THE ORDER IT SEEMS. It didn’t sound like man that I usually always spoke with Tony. They were very rude. I will never be ordering here EVER again and it’s disappointing because I love luckys and my family and I have been ordering from here since forever.

Lately the quality has dropped!! I’ve been a customer for years it was the best pizzeria in Amboy hands down!! I think they change owners! Have to look for a new spot now!! This place had the old school flavor hopefully they could bring it back some day!
