The food was good! I think the entree was fried a little much and then tried to be covered with the sauce (?) I know we called in the order semi-close to closing time buuuuuttt I know I’ve eaten better tasting food from this establishment in the past. Willing and up for another round and see how things go, but if a newbie I say give it a shot! The staff is very friendly and always have a positive attitude it’s definitely nice to go somewhere and have the staff smiling! Seems to be rare these days.

I got the combo plate with orange chicken broccoli beef and chowmain. Man I have lived in Red Bluff my whole life I’ve only heard word of mouth of bad experiences of food, I decided to try it the other night my goodness have I been missing out! So much flavor! Love how it’s made to order an comes out piping hot! Definitely recommended! And it’s drive through!

I so want to give them a good review because of the service, but their food is bland, extremely greasey and made cheap. I ordered cashew chicken and only had 4 cashews sprinkled on top. What I ordered and what I got were two different things. Also ordered the cheese wontons which tasted like I was only eating the wonton wraps, the filling had no taste whatsoever.

Terrible food. Just terrible. Sauce was so old it was like jelly, food wasn’t even hot, it was lukewarm and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Breaded chicken used in orange chicken is 80% breading. It was like eating a soggy corn dog smothered in jam. Service was pretty great but how great is your service if you’re cutting corners in the kitchen. Nothing is fresh. It even looks old when it’s served.

Since the change of ownership the food quality has gone way down and the prices have way gone up. The order of Honey Pecan Prawns didn’t have one pecan, but now they give you the tails on the prawns too. The dinner combo fried rice tasted like leftovers reheated, the egg roll was also not tasty nor crunchy. This was verified by my wife who first made the comment after I tasted them both and wasn’t happy with the tast as well. We will not be returning to Lucky Chinese and have already recycled their menu.

I love this place. Service is excellent, food is too. Wish it was popping more like a good Chinese restaurant would be but that’s hard to ask for in Red Bluff.

Food was good. We called our order in ahead of time since we were on the road. They had everything ready shortly after we arrived all we had to do was place or drink orders. They even stayed open a few minutes late so we could finish up eating, gather up our left overs and use the restroom before getting back on the road. Service was amazing. Restaurant was small but had a cozy atmosphere.

I love this place. It’s the best Chinese food in town in my opinion. Nice customer service. The restaurant is always clean. Best of all the food always tastes fresh. Unlike other Chinese fast food where it seems bone fragments will be in meat often; I’ve never had that occur when ordering from Lucky’s. I highly recommend their ‘Szechuan Chicken’ combo with fried rice, it’s very delicious!

My husband and I love the food and the wonderful service. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable. The restaurant is always very clean. Also after a year of eating there I have never had an order messed. The portion sizes are a bargain for the modest price you pay and so incredibly tasty and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend that if you have not tried this amazing restaurant that you put it on your list. It is truly an experience. For those that don’t like to go out much, they deliver and the drivers are very friendly and the food is still hot and tasty.
