One of my favorite places for Chinese food. However, the food is the same price for pickup and dine in. Hubby loves their sweet and sour chicken combo dinner. Usually we eat in. Last night we picked up an order only to learn they do not include the egg drop soup nor the tea for pick up. I asked why since it’s the same price as eating in. No answer was given nor were the missing items provided. Additionally, the amount of sweet and sour chicken was half what he usually receives when we dine in. We won’t do pick up again!

If any of you are missing the Kowloon restaurant that was an Utah favorite, I have found the replacement! The food is just as good. It’s smaller but don’t let that deter you. The even have the chowmein with the hard noodles .

We’ve ordered here a handful of times before but last night will be the last time. We ordered a chicken and a beef entree both with ham fried rice. They’ve changed how they make things. My chicken was so oily I couldn’t eat most of it. It’s like instead of individual bite size pieces being battered and cooked, they do en entire piece of chicken, cut it up and re-fry it so the batter is exposed and soaked up all the oil. The beef entree was a box of sauce-y celery with literally 1 piece of beef. We also only receieved 1 side of rice. Can’t say we will continue to order from here.

The service was great, I just wanna put that out there first. However for about $45 (which is crazy for two people and Chinese food) it was a total let down.
We got the pepper, steak and tomatoes (which I thought was weird on the tomato part), 1 egg roll, 1 order of cream cheese wontons and 1 order of sweet and sour chicken.
The chicken was breaded chicken breast they chopped, which took a lot of breading off. The taste was like the chicken itself was freezer burned and the sauce was VERY watered down.

The pepper steak combo hardly had meat in it and the tomatoes are just the wrong choice all together. For the amount of a meal you get, the rice ratio is way off and is tiny in comparison.

The egg roll, we were warned was the size of a potato, so the nearly $5 price tag didn’t surprise me. What DID surprise me is the amount of oil that spilled all over my jeans and shirt when I took it out of the bag, as we got it to go.
They wrapped it in a piece of tinfoil and even after the huge spill, there was more that came out all over my table.
I cannot tell you what it tasted like as the egg roll itself looked disgusting. Like it was from a big frozen package and not made in house. I ended up just tossing it.

The cream cheese wontons were also very disappointing. There was hardly any cream cheese in them, which was a first for us as everywhere we’ve gone before they’re usually pretty hefty.

All in all, we won’t be going back. Price is high, food is just oily or tastes weird and despite the man who rang us out being an absolutely amazing person, the food and money just ain’t worth it.

The food was alright. Fried rice was dried and not well mix. The “delight” seafood dish had too little shrimp. Our server was nice though. Overall, there’s a lot of room for improvement.

It’s small, so we try to go when it’s less busy or just order takeout. Since it’s so small it can get noisy. The service is always great, and I’ve loved just about everything I’ve eaten here. My only complaint with the food is too much celery in the chow mein for my taste.

If you are looking for delicious Chinese food this is the place. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. She recommended the beef mushroom, sesame seed chicken, and chicken curry. All were amazing. She also recommended changing the peppers for broccoli and we should have listened. The chicken curry was the favorite.

My go-to Chinese place was closed so we tried Lucky Chen. It was… not very good. The chicken was a cut up breaded chicken breast and the smell was off-putting. The vegetables were over cooked and mushy. The sweet and sour sauce was good. The sauce for the veggies was good. The cream cheese wontons were good. We got shrimp lo mein for my husband and he said it was “alright.” The fried rice was typical but hardly any ham. It’s not like we ordered super late either. It was just after 5. I’d pick somewhere else. ETA: We went ahead and threw it all away and I feel nauseous. 60 dollars wasted.
