This bakery is serving up some unique flavorful delicacies at an affordable price and great customer service.
The honey glazed barbecue pork is so tender and juicy. While the black sesame seed filled bun and red bean filled sesame balls will make your mouth water after the first bite.

I special ordered the roast pig and it was delicious!
Give them a week’s notice and you’ll be happy you ordered from Lucky Bakery.
I ordered a 44# pig which was more than enough to feed 28 guys for a picnic. I think the minimum is a 35# pig so be aware that you can’t get anything less than that. However, if you can get enough people together, it’s worth it.

The closest authentic Chinese bakery outside of Chinatown. There are amazing tarts, sweet cakes, and other traditional treats. Our family’s favorites are the steamed barbecue pork buns, honey pork, sticky rice packs, and almond cookies the size of your head! So delicious.

Love love love Lucky Bakery & BBQ. The food is awesome and the bakery is so good. A friend told me about this bakery a few years ago, so now every time I’m in town, this is a must-stop for duck and their bomb sesame balls! This is my millionth time there…
And a plus.. the owner is so nice and bubbly! Love it!

I was so excited to discover an authentic Chinese bakery & BBQ in the Milwaukee area. My kids did not enjoy anything I bought, but they’re very very picky eaters. My husband and I, on the other hand, loved nearly everything. I bought at least one of almost every bakery item and, save for the green bean and red bean paste sesame balls, enjoyed them all. I will be making this a regular treats stop in the future.

This place is fabulous. I don’t think docking them their rating has anything to due with their posted hours. It’s so confusing though. One day I would see open- Friday, Sat, Sun, Monday. Next thing I know they’re only opened on Friday, Sat, Sun. I drive up on Sunday evening to see them shutting down early, granted items may have sold out and my Little was bummed as she wanted a sesame ball. Great bakery, wished there was more in the display and varieties to pick from. I know in Chicago for China/Viet town the bakeries down there are stacked! Wished it was like that here too even some of the items we normally don’t see here would be cool. shrimp rolls they use to sell, sponge cakes amongst other things. Still a great place.

Everytime I’m in the area, I always make a trip to Lucky’s for their crispy roast pork. I only wish they had more options in the bakery. Nonetheless, you will not be disappointed with their egg tarts (of you don’t mind the eggy taste). I also enjoy their steam BBQ buns and their deep fried pork dumplings.

Skipped over me to wait on another customer. I was left with the impression that I was passed over because I was the wrong race. I was before the other guy in line and wasn’t choiring about barbecue pork buns…

Only had the opportunity to try out the pork bun and egg tarts, but they might be some of the best I’ve had. The price is also incredible. Will definitely be coming back for more.
