Stopped by for brunch and absolutely made the right choice! The moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and had that perfect vibe. It was very lively without being overwhelming, music wasn’t too loud and everything was clean and beautifully set up. The food was amazing. Every dish looked incredible and tasted better, everything came out in a decent time. Our waitress, Kelly, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive and super accommodating. I wasn’t in love with one of the drinks I ordered, and they swapped it out for something else, which i absolutely loved, with no hassle. Just overall great customer service! Overall it was a top-tier brunch experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I recently visited this restaurant for brunch, and it was such a refreshing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and the perfect balance of lively and relaxed. The natural lighting during brunch hours made everything feel bright and comfortable, and the music wasn’t too loud, which made it easy to actually enjoy conversation. The food was the real highlight. Everything came out fresh, hot, and beautifully plated. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Our server checked in at the right times, kept our drinks filled, and made sure we had everything we needed without rushing us out.
Overall, it’s definitely a spot I would return to for brunch.

Lucie in Back Bay is such a gem. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, stylish, and welcoming without being over the top. The space strikes that perfect balance between upscale and comfortable.
The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor — thoughtful, seasonal, and clearly crafted with care. Every dish felt balanced and intentional, from the starters to dessert. The cocktails were just as impressive, creative yet refined, and paired perfectly with the menu.
Service was attentive and genuine, making the entire experience feel seamless and relaxed. Whether you’re planning a date night, celebrating something special, or just looking for a great dinner in Boston, Lucie is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back. 3 ppl btw.

I cannot say enough about this restaurant. It was pretty much closing time and after playing in a volleyball tournament all day, our girls were starving. Not only did the kitchen stay open for us, but they exceeded all expectations. The drinks were top notch, the food was cooked to perfection and beyond delicious, and the entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our server, Olivia, was the absolute sweetest person and literally made our night. So thank you to the manager, the kitchen staff, the bartenders, and Olivia, for going above and beyond!

Stopped in for a drink- great seating and atmosphere, not too busy on a snowy night. Seasonal drink menu is exciting and bartenders are great at recommendations. Mocktail menu is also extensive! Highly recommend!

Trust the rating – this is a nice hotel, but they can do much better for the restaurant and bar, it’s a mess.
Cocktail was OK, just that. The food was not great. The tuna tartare came with a terrible sauce that I unfortunately put on the fish, which is where it was supposed to go. It was so salty and briny that it completely ruined it. The steak of the ‘steak frites’ main course was not bad, cooked as I wanted it but kinda small and it came with a mountain (literally) of cheap tasting, obviously cooked from frozen commercial fries. The chimichurri sauce was just oil. For the quality and size of the steak the whole thing was overpriced. The fries are not unimportant but if/when I order this type of menu item, I do so for the steak primarily..
The service though was bad. The server had no clue about the food items on the menu, was very difficult to understand and inattentive, then forgot a couple things. I have never been to a restaurant in which I was only asked if I wanted another drink after I was done eating. I had only 2 days in Boston and wasted one of my dinners on this. The more I think about this the more upset I get. Not coming back, there are good, better rated options close to the hotel.

We enjoy the breakfast and service at Lucie’s every time we come to Boston and stay at the Colonnade. Very convenient. Great menu. Kelli the server recognizes us and takes great care of us by providing timely, friendly and quality service. Sarah, the manager checks in on us making sure that everything is going well.

Lisa is so welcoming when we come to Lucie’s! We live in the neighborhood and love to come to Lucile’s. One of our favorite dishes is the chicken sliders—highly recommend! Delicious chicken and biscuits with homemade aioli. The coffee is fantastic too!

I wish there was a 0 star rating. AVOID this place at all costs. The food was vile. My dinner was ice cold, bland, devoid of any flavor, and almost inedible. Not sure what cut of meat I was served (was questionable at best), but I’ve had better steaks at a Denny’s. Not worth a $100+ check for one person. My server was lovely — hope she can find a better gig at some point. She deserves better. I only finished my meal because I just came from a workout class and I’m not the type to send something back.
Run. Avoid. Do not pass go.
