I used to love Lucia’s and after today I will not be returning if this is what you call a good pizza. I paid 25 dollars for a veggie pizza and waited over forty minutes to be given this mess of no cheese, oil and sloppy veggies. Their customer service was ridiculous and argumentative. I used to come here at least once a week and being they were difficult about making it right I will not return.
To reply to the location I spent 25 dollars on that pizza five dollars off before remaking it doesn’t cut it. And yes my dad for some reason felt the need to get a new pizza but it was also just as trash in my opinion. Not confirmed better at all it was an equal mess of dough and slop. Five dollars back was the LEAST you can after making me wait over an hour

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting this fine business. Being a rather warm day, I opted instead of pizza, for their Super Sub. And it WAS super; a good sized serving that ended up being multiple meals for me. Eminently satisfying. I now have this place on my bucket list for next time I come into the area, because I want to try a couple of their trademark “Fat” sandwiches. I’m sure I will love them too.

OK, a whole in the wall type joint, no disrespect by the description it’s just a small old building that serves great food! Excellent customer service. Been going there off and on for many years, sometimes I don’t frequent the place for a long time other times I’m there several times a week.
Everything I’ve had, I have loved from the pizzas the muscles, subs, both hot and cold. The mussels, which are the best around the area, you gotta try the spicy ones! The only bad thing I’ll say about the place is parking, which is horrible to say the least other than that. great people great food..

They always overcook the meat on all the sandwiches.
They charge you for every item.
Such as sauces .
They always put yellow cheese on the cheese steak instead of the white provolone cheese or Swiss cheese.
They give you tomatoe sauce instead of Real Salsa Sauce…
This place has gone down in the food industry.
They take the cheap way , I stead of giving quality food…

Pretty nice place, pizza there is amazing and the lady who take orders is very friendly and amazing. I would sit inside to wait for my bus if it’s rains/ really cold outside. I do wish the store open slightly earlier sometimes, but everything else is great

I usto really like eating at Lucia’s until I got food poisoning. I had to go to the ER because of the penne pasta I ate . Also my father ate there chipotle chicken sandwich and threw it up after 20 minutes and had stomach problems for 2-3 days . It’s a shame I have to do this review because I usto eat here but I’ll never again eat here after these last incidents

We have been ordering from Lucias since the beginning of the pandemic. The food is quite good, a little pricy but we really enjoy the food. However, the customer service lately is leaving a taste to be desired. A little of an adjustment in attitude is recommended. Your food can be great but if your customer service is poor that can hurt business. This is why I rated it a three star.

Over rated. Was told it was the best place for pizza around. The dough was undercooked, took them forever to make the pizza. Then when our order was ready and we where standing outside the store that has big glass windows. No one bothered telling us the food was ready. After sometime I went in and she turns around and hands me the food. Seems like it’s a family owned business. In a town like this where word of mouth is what brought me there word of mouth will also hurt them. At this rate you might as well get pizza from the chicken spot enjoy it better and save your time and money.
