The pumpkin ravioli is simply amazing, an absolute must-try.
I loved everything. I 100% recommend it and would definitely come back again.
For the menu, there was a four course meal option, but we went for the main menu. Our wine was perfectly chilled and the portion was appropriate. The appetizers were simple and delicious with high quality ingredients, and the main courses were delicious.
The hostess was polite and responsive. Guilherme was our server. He was attentive and charming, and he checked on us frequently. We hope we have him again in the future!
I’m excited for the next special occasion to take our families to this gem!
They really put thought and effort into everything. They even put the bill down on my boyfriend’s side of the table. Really classy touch. ☺️
From the start, the ambience felt uninviting. The staff was polite but their interactions felt very forced, which created an awkward tone throughout the evening, something just feels off from the minute they greet you. A small but telling detail was how the clients umbrellas were handled on a rainy night, they were left outside on the wet floor and rain which felt careless and unprofessional.
Also, be aware of the strict policies. Your credit card is held for the reservation, with a $20 per person charge if you cancel or modify within 24 hours. We were also charged a 20% “large party” gratuity for a table of five, which felt excessive and unusual.
The manager’s attitude was unhelpful and concerns were not properly addressed. Overall, the staff gave the impression that they did not want to be there. While technically polite, the service felt unnatural.
In short, the food is good, but the service, fees, and overall experience leave a lot to be desired. I later read other reviews expressing similar concerns.
Great food alone does not make a great restaurant, service and experience matter just as much.
That being said, the food was amazing and so fresh. After eating all that pasta I felt so refreshed rather than overly full and uncomfortable. It felt like I was in Italy for real! Will be back!!
