Okay so this building is definitely outdated. The tables are way too small. They were out of sausage and fried ravioli, no big deal. The appetizer tray…..was not a tray , they literally brought out a bowl of fried appetizers. Didn’t look nice or appetizing. Pizza was pretty good. Got a 20″ pizza , half all meat and half pepperoni, the appetizer combo platter and some stuffed jalapenos. Appetizer platter had onion rings , little chicken bites , breaded mushrooms, 1 stuffed jalapenos, was supposed to have mozzarella sticks -none came in the bowl. Paid $61 for that food. Fed 4 people and had leftovers. I recommend for the pizza but nothing else I ordered.

First off we walk in all the dining arrangements is closed except a small part, 2nd we were never greeted when we walked in . 3rd our salad was brought to us without plates I went up to get plates amd was told they will bring them out after the pizza was brought out. I do not care at this point if this is the only New York pi,za around will never come back or recommend to anyone. Poor service resturaunt is filthy and restrooms are disgusting. There was a chuck of hair baked into the pizza, the manager apologized and said all of their employees were either blonde or bald. I find that very convenient. Said she had no idea how it got in there. I don’t know what it looks like in their kitchen, but I will never order from here again. Ruined my appetite, yuck.

I’m from NYC originally and was having trouble finding pizza that reminded me of home. Luca Pizza hits the exact spot. The minute I walked in, it smelled right. The minute I took a bite of a slice, I knew this was it. This was my pizza spot. Won’t ever be going anywhere else. They got a super loyal customer now. Aside from the pizza, their calzone was gigantic and the chicken Parm hero was filling even without the fries. The staff is nice and friendly. I’ll be suggesting this place to anyone I meet.

If I could give zero stars I probably would. Crust is cardboard, almost no sauce at all, the cheese is half dried up as if it has been sitting under a heat lamp. Literally a pool of grease drips out with every bite. Toppings are all bad, low quality and chewy. Nothing has a crunch to it even though this is a thin crust pizza. I ate one slice and threw the rest away. They also forgot my salad. I am certainly never ordering from here again.

First time I ate here was in 1993. It was my favorite pizza place for years. Really nice ingredients. Dough, cheese and sauce were just perfect. The original owner was an immigrant who put lots of quality into what he made.
Fast forward to today. The ingredients are very sub-par. It is not at all the same place that I loved for years. Pizza is all low quality cheap ingredients and SALTY. So salty that I physically feel ill after eating it.
They have a chance to turn this ship around. Pretty clear what you have to do. Until that happens, I’ll be staying away.

Ordered food online because Google said they was open yesterday 11-9 (Saturday) and I received a email confirming my order and a pick up time. I drove across town to pick it up about 4:45ish and my pick up time was supposed to be at 4:38 and the restaurant was closed with notes on the door about the card reader was having issues and they closed early because of staffing or something of that nature. I am now mad because I have to contact the bank because the email of the number to contact for is Lucas Pizza number and it isn’t working it beeps a few times and hangs up showing failed call on my cell. If the business is closed up and temporarily or permanently it should be known and Google will update that info now I have to go through my bank to see about getting my $71.79 back for services I absolutely didn’t receive. If I have a online order how many more did as well not to mention the money they was out. The restaurant should of stayed in the mall they would of made it even if it would of been in the food court because if something is good ppl know where to go and it was a bad move to move in my opinion. I am now after this DONE with online restaurant ordering and ordering over the phone or in person.

I called to order 2 slices, was asked if I could hold I said sure. I was able to physically drive to the store and order pizza while still being on hold on the phone (15+ mins). I understand stuff happens and things get busy. I got there, order 2 slices and was waiting almost 40 minutes. People came after me and left before me. When I asked if my food was ready they pulled it from a box on top of the oven like it had been sitting there?? I could’ve drove to the store and made a pizza by the time I finally got 2 damn slices. Used to be my favorite spot, will not be back.
