We are bringing downtown date night uptown. LPC Kitchen, like its founder Peter Lombardi, was born and raised in New Jersey. After his return from training in Napoli, Peter grew his namesake restaurant for 12 years. The Lombardi’s are excited to share their love of simple, elevated Italian food with North Charleston.

For our main courses, I had the pasta al limone with chicken. The dish was wonderfully balanced; the zesty lemon sauce was bright and refreshing without overpowering the tender chicken and perfectly cooked pasta. My fiancé’s creamy Alfredo pasta with sun-dried tomatoes was equally delicious — rich and flavorful, with the sun-dried tomatoes adding a delightful burst of sweet acidity that complemented the creamy alfredo beautifully.
Our server, Jet, made the evening even better with her warm, personable service. She was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed while adding a genuine, welcoming vibe to our experience.
Overall, LPC Kitchen impressed us with its well-crafted, flavorful dishes and excellent hospitality. We’ll definitely be returning to explore more of the menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality Italian-inspired cuisine in Summerville!
I had they’re Bianca pizza and added pepperoni.
$125 after tip for 2, with 1 app (shared, meatball, no pictures) and 1 drink.
Highly recommend stopping by and enjoying a delicious meal with family and friends.
Tonight we arrived around 4:45 pm only to be told by the hostess that the dining room “wasn’t ready” until 5pm and was directed to a high top table by the bar. Then, a minute later a male employee comes up to us stating that he will seat us in the dining room because the servers “don’t know how to do work the happy hour menu.” The whole situation made zero sense.
We sat at a table that was directly facing the pizza ovens and where staff work the take out orders. I’ve sat in this section twice and now on both occasions, the employee(s) whom sprinkle cheese on every dish takes the block of cheese with their bare hands and grates it on the food. I don’t understand how this is sanitary. Then, with her same bare hands sprinkles mesclun lettuce on a pizza order. Additionally, our server who had long hair that was in braid was also near the take out orders (hair close to the food and all) was filming the other employee sprinkling cheese. The rest of the chefs/cooks are wearing black gloves. Why is this not the case for the others?
The servers. Both servers I had were not rude, but neither are them were really attentive or super engaging. It seemed that it was more about socializing with other staff than guests.
Our food came out quick, most likely due to being at the restaurant early and the food is never the issue.
But to witness barehands on cheese that landed directly on my dish a second time? I’m not sure if we’ll be running back.
