How have I never been here until today? The shop is cute, welcoming and clean. The menu is extensive but not overwhelming. The service was incredible and friendly. I did an Americano and a pour-over and both were phenomenal. And the icy on the cake.. the outdoor patio facing pikes peak . You have a new loyal customer in me!

We were visiting Colorado in March2025 and one of my favorite things to do when I travel is to visit the local coffe shops. That is how decided to go to Loyal coffe shop. I was took by surprise when I entered this
place, specially by the size. I was guessing this to be like a small sitting area but no this place was so huge , and was set up in a way that there were many little
corners you can sit by enjoy your coffee over a little chat with your friends. This place was bustling with people and still had a great vibe with mountains right out of the shop. Unfortunately we did not have time to sit by and enjoy the coffee. It was a grab and go kind of a day for us.
Ordered Oat meal cookie latte. It was okay for me, one of the reason could be that I never tried anything with oats specially in a coffee. I am pretty sure if I have ordered something regular like a mocha or cappaciuno would have thoroughly enjoyed
it. The barista who made us the coffee was friendly and suggested some
places to go to locally. Looking at how busy the place was am
sure that this place deserves 5/5 however my choice of coffee is making me rate this
place 4/5.
Overall I highly recommend this place, hopefully one day when in Colorado
springs will plan to sit out and a have nice
coffee date with my partner.

Mackenzie is great and really nice. Employees are nice and welcoming. Super, impressively clean place. Good, calm vibes and great location. I had a muffin looking croissant. Not sure what it was called but it was a little sweet and soft on inside with flaky layers. It was delicious.

My favorite cafe in Colorado Springs. The coffee and food are absolutely delicious and the staff is so friendly. I love coming here on my days off to chill and enjoy the patio. Their roasted beans for sale are also incredible and a staple in my daily home coffee routine.

They bring out food to you but not drinks. Didn’t know that. So my espresso was cold and so was my daughter’s hot chocolate. Also her toast was burnt as you can see. Bummer

Great specialty coffee! Spent almost 3 hours on the patio playing games, enjoying views and multiple rounds of beverages.

Avocado toast x2 (1 egg &1 bacon)- 5/5 for flavor 4/5 for price- very hearty meals, but up charges for bacon and egg felt a little high.
Atmosphere – 5/5- great vibes – can be a little noisy inside, but that’s normal when it is as packed as it was today. Thankfully lucked out and got a table right away though!
Staff – 500/5- awesome knowledgeable staff, incredibly friendly and just great to connect with. Walked away with some great new boardgame recs as well!
