Enjoyed a wonderful meal at Lox Supper Club. The atmosphere was well done which included a great bar area and the dining area for the masses. The service was good and the people were kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed the Seafood Platter which came with frog legs which hopped from my plate to my friend’s because that’s a big nope for me. I look forward to the next opportunity to visit the Kaukauna area so I can enjoy another meal there.

Noise level depends on when you arrive. Early is quiet. Dinner hour, quite loud in the bar area. Dining area is typically normal volume unless there’s some crazy group with a loud woman who cackles at everything (you know what I’m talking about). Servers are excellent. Bartenders are excellent. Owner is excellent. Drinks are excellent and mine has been refilled.

Had an incredible dinner at The Lox Club and it deserves some serious praise. I ordered the haddock and steak combo and it was outstanding — the haddock was perfectly flaky with great flavor, and the steak was tender, juicy, and cooked exactly the way I asked. You can tell the kitchen knows what they’re doing.
Service was just as impressive. Melissa was our server and she was phenomenal — welcoming, attentive, and made us feel genuinely taken care of from start to finish. She had great timing with everything and really elevated the whole experience.
And a huge shoutout to Robin behind the bar. Robin is the kind of bartender every place wishes they had — friendly, engaging, fast without rushing you, and mixes a drink that hits the spot every time. The atmosphere around the bar alone makes you want to come back.
Between the delicious food, top-notch service, and the great energy from Robin and Melissa, The Lox Club is a definite 5-star stop. Can’t wait to return! ️

Best supper club in the valley and I’ll fight anyone who argues! Bar staff is perfect, and so is the food service. It’s be never had a bad meal there. The French onion soup and the steaks are always good.

A Sunday night not very busy. Got to sit at the bar within five minutes of walking in the door, but we waited two hours to get to our table. My prime rib was not good. My husband‘s prime rib was better. I couldn’t imagine it being a very busy lnight and how long it would take to get a table we will probably not be back.

My wife and I ordered take out, two haddock Oscars with fries. The food was very delicious but I almost fell off my chair when my wife told me the price, $64! We weren’t told the price when we put the order in, if we knew that ahead of time, we wouldn’t have ordered, that’s outrageous. It’s been a while since we’ve been to the Lox Club and it’s always good but if I’m paying $64 for two fish dinners, we won’t be going back. Very unfortunate.

We were in the Appleton area and decided to try the Lox Club, due to its inclusion in the WI Best SupperClubs book.
Our bar service was fine, we were greeted promptly and had drinks in front of us within a minute or two.
But the meal was unusual.
I ordered a loaded baked potato, which is pretty standard and typically includes cheese, sour cream, bacon and chives.
What I got was a baked potato with at least a 1/4 cup of raw onions poured into it. It took a bit to realize what I was eating. When I did, I started piling them up on the side.
When I mentioned it to the waitress, she just shrugged it off, saying, “I guess the cook didn’t know what you meant by loaded.. That’s not common around here.” There was no attempt to try and offer me another side.
The ribs were very good, fork tender, but were completely slathered in sauce. I prefer a dry rub and less sauce.

Great food. Seafood, steaks, burgers, salads. It’s a super club so no reservations. Just get in the list when you get there and enjoy a drink at the large bar as well as cheese spread and crackers.

Wife and I love steak houses and supper clubs.
The staff is very friendly and attentive.
The root beer was absolutely phenomenal.
We both ordered tenderloins.
Cooked exactly how we ordered.
Great cut of meat. Very well seasoned. Steaks came out still sizzling.
The potato salad is definitely better than your average flavorless potato salad.
Mashed potatoes were kinda meh. Not much flavor and a bit dry.

Loved going there for their hashbrowns, with cheese, onions, and crisp bacon all baked in, until someone decided to cheapen it up with a precooked bacon with no flavor and chewy. I’ll still go there for everything else. But I will always remember when I could get great hashbrowns that I couldn’t get anywhere else.
