Myself and my wife tried this place out recently after driving past a number of times. Happy to say it was a really enjoyable experience. We came in around middle of the afternoon, dressed very casual, and were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff.
We had a few beers on draft and started with some chips, salsa, and queso. The salsa and queso were great with the queso being the stand out. It was flavorful but not too heavy and greasy with too rich of a flavor if you know what I mean. The salsa had good flavor but a little more heat would be my personal preference.
For mains my wife ordered a salad with chicken and feta and I got the fish tacos. Both were great. Chicken on the salad was cooked perfectly and the salad was well balanced flavor wise. The fish tacos were nice and light with good flavor while not being too fishy. Again only criticism on the fish tacos would be a little more heat in the sauce for them but I understand why they’d opt to keep it more neutral for broader appeal.
Overall we really enjoyed our visit and will be coming back again!

I’ve been waiting for this place to open for awhile and when it did I never got the chance to go until today. And OMG it was AMAZING.! The fish taco was bomb , my daughter loves Alfredo’s and she approved of the shrimp Alfredo. She gave it 10000/10.! And their 48 margarita, it was so good and I feel good. We will definitely go back.!

Amazing Service! Hospitality was more than amazing. Every worker was delightful and honest in their recommendations. The atmosphere was clean and artistic. Shout out to Nicolas who took extra care of our dining. The Food was Beyond exquisite. The chef is definitely a 5 star cook.

I’m happy to say that, after closing and reopening, this place seems to be so much better than before.
I was greeted promptly by friendly professional staff and chose to sit at the bar, where the bartender (?Idiana?) was genuinely helpful and welcoming. They’ve also removed the large green doors, which lets in more light and makes it possible to see outside while you’re inside, which I appreciate. The whole space felt much more like a family-friendly restaurant. And they have brunch!
After having poor food quality experiences here previously, I decided to play it safe and had a $5 mimosa and a Chicken Caesar salad ($18). I cannot stress enough how delicious the salad was. The food also came out in a reasonable amount of time, the portions were solid, and everything felt easy and well-run.
Overall, this was a lovely, low-stress dining experience — a very welcome surprise compared to the past. It gives me real hope for the future!

My experience in Lower 48 was amazing. I went there with my boyfriend and my son. The food is delicious! The patience that the staff had when we had asked them to accommodate our parfait due to my son being a picky eater and autistic is amazing. I truly appreciate how friendly everyone! I highly recommend it and they are family friendly place!

We stopped by Lower 48 for brunch and were blown away. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and they were hands down the best I’ve ever had. The house-made syrup is a game changer! My wife had the Eggs Benedict and said they were the best she’s ever eaten, too. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Had an awesome time at Lower 48! Came by during the cold with my buddies, and even though they were about to close, they kept the place open for us. Huge shoutout to Nickolas for taking care of us super friendly and made the night great. Amazing vibes, love the space, and they even do brunch! Definitely worth checking out more exciting things coming to this spot, but overall, it’s a fantastic bar.

Came with a big group Saturday night. We were a little rowdy and unruly but our server could not have been better. She was on the ball, super friendly, and always happy to help. And the food was phenomenal! I had the monthly special – a massive tomahawk pork chop with charred potatoes, onions, mushrooms and carrots. Everything was perfectly cooked and caramelized. Highly recommend.

Henry and his staff did an amazing job! The chicken and waffles were the best I’ve ever had! They have a great selection of beers on tap and the cappuccino was perfect. I will definitely be visiting again soon! Highly recommended!

Everything was great!! We ordered the brunch burger, buffalo wings and grilled cheese with a vegetable medley – everything was SO good!! Slightly elevated and extra tasty. They also finally have a cocktail menu! We ordered the cucumber gimlet and daiquri (martini) and both were great. Perfectly balanced and everything was reasonably priced! We will be back soon, interested in trying these brunch!
