Placed a catering order for about 65 people and everything tasted great! We ordered Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Tortellini, Stuffed Shells, Roast Beef and a Caesar Salad. Everything was cooked to perfection and it was a big hit! I tried to get better pictures but everyone started running towards the food once they smelled it. We will definitely be using Lou’s again for our catering needs. Never had a bad experience here.

We picked up a large pizza with meatballs mushrooms onions, vodka rigatoni with chicken, a cheese steak hoagie, Mac and cheese bites, and a lb of potato and macaroni salad to sample.
Only thing possibly wrong was the pizza presentation but it’s delicious so doesn’t matter.
And also grilled chicken would be better than fried chicken but that’s not a big deal !
Will definitely be stopping by again!

Today I hosted my son’s and his girlfriend’s baby shower, my first grandchild by the way! My first experience ever hosting a catered event! It was a nightmare! They arrived over 20 minutes late for the delivery. I should have checked the food before the owner left. The food was burnt, hard, dry with little to no sauce like they cooked it the night before and heated it up before they delivered it. My heart dropped! I was so embarrassed and upset that I couldn’t even enjoy myself! As you can see from my receipt, I spent over $600 on this disgusting food! It’s supposed to be chicken parmigiana, meatballs, and baked ziti. I wouldn’t even have given them one star, but I had to in order to post!
10/19: In response to the owners comments, I definitely reached out immediately at the baby shower and several times afterwards! (attached photo) At the hall, I NEVER turned on the oven as I just stored the extra trays in the oven because I order two trays of chicken parmigiana, meatballs and ziti. Today I finally got ahold of the owner, he would not refund my money knowing it was his fault. Therefore, I have filed a complaint with my credit card company.

I just read the last one star review from 2 weeks ago. Far from the truth. I’ve been driving past Lou’s for 7 years and never went in. Today was the day. I was greeted right away. I was shown love. I had my one-year-old daughter with me. And Lou if that’s his name I’m not even sure but Lou was on it. He loves kids. He was talking to her trying to get her to smile but she just woke up and the challenge was too great. lou told me about his menu. He told me they make everything fresh there’s nothing Frozen. I ordered a large turkey and cheese and I ordered the medium without cheese. They made my sandwiches quick. And he bussed it up with me for a couple minutes. I asked for a menu to take home and he advised me that some of the prices are a little different. I told him that’s okay that seems like the norm since covid. Why should he have to go out and buy all new menus when he still has some to give away. The inside of this place is beautiful and spotless. He has seats inside and outside. His wife made the sandwiches. They were super good. He gets the bread from deluca’s which is a local bakery. Some delis put the meat on the bottom, some delis put the meat on the top. Lou puts the meat and veggies side by side. You get everything in one bite. The menu is quite extensive they have pizza chicken cutlets salads and boost. Like what more can you ask for. A freshly sliced chicken cutlet that was sliced and breaded right there. I think that’s going to be my next try. Keep up the good work. I felt like family walking in there.
