Lou’s Cajun Grill was a bit disappointing for me. The food looked good, but the flavor was pretty bland, and the portion size didn’t match the price at all. It just felt too expensive for what you get. The staff was polite, but the food itself didn’t really hit the mark. Definitely not the best value

“Teriyaki” chicken was served with absolutely no flavor. Like, literally, not even salt. Bourbon chicken was okay, and that’s only by mall food standards. I also don’t understand why a side of potatoes costs the same as an extra serving of chicken. Skip this place.

I think people just expect too much from mall food lol. I think they’re generous with the portions and they’re friendly if you’re friendly too. I’ve been eating here for years with zero issues. I’m glad they have stuck around for so long. The bourbon chicken is awesome. Cheers!

As a Cajun man, this was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! Nothing Cajun about it at all. ALL Asian food from the neighboring restaurant (same owner) and it made me physically sick to my stomach. Chicken went bad before it was cooked and food was obviously left out under the heat lamp to long. PLEASE DO MOT EAT THERE!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! Health department WILL be notified.
