The lady who served us was extremely kind and pleasant. The cakes look beautiful and very appealing, but the taste didn’t really match the presentation. They weren’t anything special, and the price doesn’t quite reflect the quality. Still, a nice place with lovely service.

I had a dissapointing visit to your cafe recently. After placing my order with a staff member named Evac (who was wearing a pink blazer and I believe is the manager), I set up a small tripod to take a personal photo (not a video) in a corner against a neutral background—just a wall and a vase, with no interior logos, no people, or sensitive areas in view and I was told it wasn’t allowed.
She only backed down when I clarified it was for my personal picture.
The whole experience feel unnecessarily restrictive and created an environment of unwelcome surveillance rather than relaxing cafe experience that I was hoping for.
As a paying customer, I believe it’s reasonable to expect to be able to take personal photos in a public-facing establishment like a cafe, especially when it’s done without disrupting others.
This incident, which seemed to be based on an employee’s personal discretion rather than a clear policy, significantly marred an otherwise pleasant outing. I hope you can provide clarity on your official policy and ensure consistent training for your staff.

Replied to the comment: I choose a solid wall as the background to protect customer privacy. Before making assessment, please take a look again at background images that I inserted. As you can see, it was impossible to capture anyone in this setting.

worst dessert of my life. coffee with holes from a coffee machine in a hotel of this level is a disgrace. the coffee quality is worse than starbucks, tastes like the one in the gas station machine
