I worked till 11:40 PM and walked out into 32° weather sober to see whether this cart was open. I had bookmarked it the night before. Sure enough, I was open, and had I remembered that the menu was not available on Google, I would’ve taken a picture of it too.
The gentleman cooking up the hotdogs was really nice, and he said his favorite is the andouille. I asked him which one has the best snap, and he said, the andouille. I’m Texan, so I care about the snap. I got the andouille.
The sausage is something else. It has serious snap, the perfect touch of spice, the right amount of flavor, and definitely isn’t overly salty. I think it really is the best hotdog I’ve ever had. Another gentleman who came just after me got the brisket dog I might have to go back for this.
So get out there at 10 PM and experience this thing. So delicious. So worth breaking your keto, intermittent fasting, nighttime eating ban, you name it.
