Ordered brisket from the website, it says “2 free sides” to which you pay $4 each for, the sides are tiny, the mac n cheese was incredibly dry and the rice and beans were pure mush with no texture. The brisket online shows sliced with no sauce and no mention of sauce. It came shredded and SOAKED in sauce, we literally wrung it out into a bowl like you wring out a towel. The ribs we ordered came the same way. I ended up ordering a burger from Five Guys because this wasn’t it.

Chef Bama was very welcoming and hospitable, It was our first time at his establishment and we got the wings, beef frank sandwich, brisket/cold slaw sandwich, Mac and cheese, rice and beans, greens, potato salad, red velvet cake and key lime pie. Every bit to the last bite was truly delicious. Best advice we can give is for you to be the judge of his establishment yourself. We can tell you about how delicious everything was, but to know it personally for yourself is on a whole other level. Indeed, bbq that we have been looking for. We most definitely will be going back without a doubt.

Walked away with Ribs,Chicken,Baked Beans,Potato Salad and Cheesecake! Could not have been more pleased. Definitely a stand out establishment. I highly recommend giving it a try!

By far the best pulled pork I have ever had in my life. First time I’ve ever had pulled pork where I didn’t need to drench it in BBQ sauce and the bun was perfect. Soft and delicious almost like it was just baked.

This is THE BEST BBQ in town! The rib tips were tender and they give you a plentiful portion, $20/large & $12/small. A dinner (medium portion plus 2 sides) is $16. The sides, while not homemade, were decent. I will be a regular customer from now on.

We came down from WI for archery nationals and my boy wanted real bbq. We ended up picking this place and were not disappointed! We had the ribs the first night. Amazing! We went back the next day and got the chicken and a burger. The chicken was the beat my boy has ever had and the only thing bad I have to say is that the burger was so good that I’ll never be satisfied with another burger again unless I go to Louisville to get one. Everything was top notch! Chill and the family there were so inviting and cool to hang with! By the time we left we felt like family! Every time we go through Louisville from here on out, we’re stopping there to get food and catch up. Thanks for the new friendships and we can’t wait to see you guys again!
