Haven’t had chicken in months and I went yesterday since we smelled it driving by the day before . I had the chicken by itself and ordered another meal with fish included sooooo good, customer service was great and I didn’t find any hairs or anything in my food. I was nervous since you couldn’t go inside to check out the cooking area lol
The taste was great and it was fresh and this makes a difference with chicken and fish as they do not reheat well. I loved the sauce also…very affordable but not lacking any quality will definitely be back.

What kind of place tells a customer they can’t make a meal for them? It was likely a mistake I may have accidentally ordered a combo number but I was sure I asked for the 3-piece fish & fries, Number 4. Thank goodness I checked my food before leaving the lot, because it was chicken tenders. I drove back around and told her I wanted the fish instead. Keep in mind, Numbers 3 and 4 are the same price. She said she couldn’t switch it, caught an attitude, gave me a refund, and still shorted me by about $2. It was literally that simple to drop three pieces of fish and some fries I was willing to wait. This location has zero understanding of customer satisfaction.

I’ve been here less than a year ago, and the customer service has drastically declined. It used to be dine-in and drive-thru, but now it’s drive-thru only. I was there waiting at the menu waiting for at least 5mins with no answer. I then drive up to the drive-thru window and wait for another 2 mins before someone to open up. I was then promptly told that she just put her headset on, it would be 20 mins before chicken would menu, and they could not take my order from the window. I would have to drive back around to the drive-thru menu. I didn’t mind waiting for the chicken, but I did mind having to drive back around when she could have taking my order right there especially since they opened late. Horrible customer service!!!

Used to love this location, until recently I found hair in my food. Upon checking other reviews this may be a consistent issue. I’d like for management to consider hair nets or something to prevent this. Until this is resolved, I don’t think I could trust to eat at this location unfortunately.

Since I’ve moved to the area this place has been my family’s go to restaurant for chicken & their frozen drinks. My kids absolutely love their okra & tenders. The chicken is always crispy, well seasoned & piping hot. Slightly pricey BUT always worth it. Best chicken spot I’ve had since leaving Chicago!

I ordered this thru Uber Eats because I felt like fried chicken but at a place I had not had it yet. I ordered a chicken and fish combo with a side of mashed potatoes and fried okra with a lemon cake slice. The fried chicken was seasoned well, flavorful and juicy. The fish filet were very pretty and looked to be well seasoned but I was disappointed it was undercooked. The dipping sauce was really good. Okra was tasty however the mashed potatoes had a gravy on it that did not taste good. The lemon cake had no lemon taste unless you were eating the side that had the lemon icing on it.

People in southwest Fort Worth have no idea what they are missing. Their shrimp fried rice and Catfish nugget basket are simply delicious. I will definitely be returning in the near future. I heard their pineapple slush was good so I’ll be trying that with my next order. The staff was really friendly. They were even selling masks through the drive through window lol. Please give them a try. Prices were reasonable and large portions.

Man when I say this tarter sauce with the hot sauce had me in a choke hold!!! The catfish is my go to but everything is good foreal. And the Ice is snow cone ice or shaved ice. I’m not sure but I’m an ice lover and that was the cherry on top foe me. The kids like to grab dinner and eat at candleridge Park. It’s a vibe.

Overall great tasting and fresh food. I would have given 5 stars but the pricing is cheaper on Uber eats. I mentioned to the lady at the window and she said that it couldn’t be possible. I order frequently on Uber Eats and tired to show the normal price but it went ignored. I will continue to order online instead of at the restaurant if I chose to order in the future.
