On my 1st visit the place really felt good. Has an old school vibe ibe but let’s talk about the food!! Yes it’s barbecue yes it’s homemade and yes it is good it is good. Sees me ran by a couple a man and a woman appear to have a big Passion for life family and good food So check the place out. I know I’m not the only one this has happened to. I have ordered from this company before, I was not disappointed. But the reasoning for the low stars are due to trying to place an order via phone or even calling just to ask a simple question. On very rare occasions are you able to do that! The phone constantly rings with No answer! If your time of operation is displayed on your website as well as advertised on your business, but your Not answering calls or Not relayng anything pertaining to reasoning behind this, then I call that ” NOT GOOD BUSINESS”!! This has happened to me on numerous occasions with this company! Surprised their still in business. I will start looking for another company, who wants MY business!

So lucky to have found this carry-out restaurant, we could smell the smokey goodness before we even arrived!! The owners are the best example of kindness and have such a passion for their craft. I am so glad that we had the pleasure of meeting you! We had the tips and link meal and Oh My Goodness!!! Everything was delicious!!! Now we just need to get there earlier next time so we can try the brisket and pulled pork!!! Thank you again!!!

If you’re looking for turkey tips this is the place. The mild sauce is thicker and dark, In case your use to the redder thinner version. This location is closer than driving to Chicago. It is a clean fast food place. Ordering online would be great but tip have to be order at the location. Wings were good and fried well, we ordered 15 wings No fries including. Yes I would go back for my turkey tip. Location was quiet.

This place is one of East Joliet’s hidden gems! You will NOT find a more delicious BBQ joint around this area! The rib tips are AMAZING! Fries are delish! Wish I could make Cole Slaw like theirs! Only down side is they can run out FAST so you have to call and reserve.. because when they’re sold out.. that’s it.. they close and you lose out! Also The owners are the SWEETEST, NICEST people! When you have amazing food and amazing owners … well what more do you need? Ty Louisiana Barbecue!! If I could give you 100 stars I would! P.S. This is mainly a take out spot so you are not going to be walking into a restaurant atmosphere but I still gave them 5 stars because their place is clean and well maintained! ♥️

Best BBQ Joliet has ever had and I’m saying it! The meat so tender it’s flavored to the T and the sauce is smacking. They make they BBQ just the way I like mines. Have some patience when you go cause it’s worth the wait.
