7 women out thrift shopping for the day .. most of us had never been to Louie’s. It was after lunch time and the place wasn’t busy .. we were seated in kind of an overflow room and because we took up a lot of space and enjoy talking a lot, we were fine with that. the waitress was amazingly patient with us because … well, we have a hard time making up our minds .. especially in a place that we’ve never been before. A lot of us were cutting out carbs, as well, so that made things even more difficult. As it turned out, our poor waitress had to “own” a BLT wrap that someone had changed their mind on, so we tipped her well. BUT, I finally ended up with a Souvlaki lettuce wrap which was FABULOUS! We may have just invented something new.

Went to breakfast for the first time! Beautiful restaurant! Lots of room and absolutely delicious food. Great portion sizes for adults and children! Will be returning for breakfast in the future!!
Also went for dinner recently! So good. My boys really enjoyed the decor and food. The sizes are gigantic. Guaranteed to fill even the hungriest of tummies, all for a great price!

Went to this restaurant for my 50th birthday celebration. Servers were good until the end . After we paid we were trying to leave and say our goodbyes. This is where the servers became impatient . Asking us to move aside for other customers. Some things shouldnt be said . Even if nicely. There was 18 people in our group which is a lot of money being spent. Not once was there mention of the birthday, congratulations or celebration by the servers. I felt they were just in a hurry to turn us over. When you go to a restaurant you should feel important and not like an inconvenience. The food price is higher than other restaurants so you would think you would balance it with strong customer service. The more mature blond lady has no customer service skills. You’re not entitled to our business. You have to earn it. This is the second visit in a row where I have been dissappointed by my visit.

Placed a pretty complicated 25 person order for takeout this morning for pickup at 11:45am. Louie’s knocked it out of the park getting it ready so it would be hot, and also labelled all containers with the person’s name on the order sheet I sent in.
I was putting this lunch on for a customer and their team. Louie’s made us look great and made things really easy. The food was delicious, hot, and everyone really enjoyed what they ordered
Would not hesitate to recommend Louies for a workplace lunch or a group order. Kitchen has some absolute Ninja’s working in it and I can’t thank them enough for helping me out on short notice

I contemplated not doing this review but my experience was just so….not good. If you’re wanting somewhat mediocre service just move along, this is not the place. After reviewing multiple past comments re: the service. I unfortunately can’t give 0 stars. If it wasn’t for the person cleaning tables we would have never seen our server, other than being seated, receiving food and paying our bill. Even then we didn’t see them. It was not busy, there were multiple open tables. Management should consider giving him a server position as they were helpful. If you decide to go, food was good, burger was homemade, very well seasoned. Deep fried cheese curds, definitely recommend. Kids menu we ordered chicken fingers and fries, we got 2 chicken fingers and small portion of fries for $14. Drinks were $5 and NOT unlimited, which we were not aware of, which was my mistake but would have been nice to be told. The glasses were massive, which I liked. The table beside us got amazing service NOT from a server. They were checked on multiple times, their kids got a toy from a special bin, and it was disappointing for us. The tip we provided reflected the service. Will never be going back not even for takeout.

My husband and I joined a group for breakfast on the Friday January 2. The food was delicious, and hot and we didn’t have to wait long. The coffee is great . We sat at the back in the sunroom and it was a little chilly so make sure you wear a sweater if you’re taking off your coat. Thank you for another great dining experience.

Cute little diner in Ingersoll! Quite a large menu with lots of options, large portions and fair prices. Food was hot, quick and delicious. Only complaint would be that there was absolutely no room for desert. Would definitely recommend/stop by again next time we’re in the area!

Wowzers, talk about a delicious place to fuel those bellies. Everything was good right down to the party platter. You won’t walk away from here hungry, recommend this place. And I had to make room for dessert
