The staff this morning was amazing I came about 9:02 am! And the black guy that took my order was very patient and made sure we had everything we needed! Whoever the cook was this morning need a raise also that food was fresh and good I wish I took a picture but I was already eating it by time I left the drive thru! Shout out to the people who made sure everything was in my bag! Best chick-fil-a in Augusta!

I’ve had a small oversight at this location earlier, but I want to say that Casey and his team were amazing. They replaced it. They made me feel so much better about coming back. I will make sure that I return back. He was very pleasant and very polite the whole team was awesome and they made everything perfect.

I went to Drive-thru to place my order and as posted in the picture of the receipt, I ordered Spicy Southwest Salad. I parked my car and about to eat it an hour later. I poured the dressing without any doubt I was so hungry… and… on my first bite, I had weird tasting something off the menu… Blue cheese…!! They gave me Market Salad instead of Spicy Southwest Salad. I am not a big fan of blue cheese and get sick sometimes after having it, some kind of allergic reactions on my skin. It wasn’t a busy time at all and I only saw 2-3 cars behind me. I called the store immediately but nowhere to connect to a real person. Tried to reach management by pressing #4 as directed, but it said their voice message box was full and cannot take any more messages, which means nowhere to escalate the issue to the store. It was a bit of frustration that I couldn’t even reach any of the staffs in the store.
Chick-fil-A is my favorite go-to food especially when in hurry and their salad is pretty fresh and satisfying. However, this was very disappointing service they messed up my order, which could possibly lead to serious allergic health problem when consumed fully.
After posting this review, I learned this store has a great history of messing up orders.. sad and will never go back to this location. Hope anyone from the management see this and take an action to improve their service.

I will NEVER visit this location again. They think they have a great idea and the idea is just stupid. You have two separate lanes one to order and one for mobile. To think they are separate is wrong. You still end up waiting even worse once you get to the window they pull you into a number to have your food brought out. The one I visit I do my mobile order pull into line and proceed to follow the line and as I get to the front I am given my food not pulled to a reserved spot. It would be great if the lines stayed separate instead once you pull forward they run together. Yea they should have thought this out better.

Ordered lunch from this Chick Fil A location using the mobile app and entered the mobile lane for pickup. Pretty quick and streamlined process to receive your food, you just drive in the line, scan the QR code with the app and proceed. Got the grilled chicken sandwich with fries as well as the kale crunch salad (not pictured). All my items were freshly prepared and tasted good. It was brought to my attention that the recipe for the fries or rather the coating had changed, but I didn’t notice much of a difference and honestly preferred my batch as the fries were hot and crispy. Overall easy and quick solution for lunch when coming through the drive through.

Delivery service from this location is absolutely terrible. The last two times I’ve ordered, the delivery service from this location has messed up. The first time the order never showed up. The second time it arrived over 20 minutes late. This location is consistently failing to preparing meals for delivery early in the morning.

I have so many great things to say. I arrived at the store tired and hungry from the gym. Upon walking in, I saw a handsome young man named Tucker. He was incredibly kind and greeted me with a warm smile. I was immediately made to feel at home. He gave me my food quickly and was polite and courteous. Overall, the experience here was unlike any other chick fil a I have been to in that it genuinely felt welcoming and warm. Tucker was an amazing server and deserves a raise immediately.

We’ve continuously returned to this location, not only because it is the closest to our home, but because of the service we receive. They are very cheerful about cleaning up after our two babies. The food is consistent Chick-fil-A, that is to say, the highest quality.
