Sorry Louie, We heard great things. Maybe because we went on a Sunday, 3 people ordered 2 cheese steaks and one guy got some kinda calamari pasta. 1st, never get peppers and onions. Made the awesome cook bun into a soggy, where’s the beef onion and pepper sub.

I’m so disgusted with the food I got tonight that I had to write a review. Ordered shrimp parm entree, asked if pasta came with it, was told no so I ordered a side of pasta only to find out that it did come with pasta. So paid for an additional pasta order when I didn’t need it. Plus the food was absolutely horrible. No flavor whatsoever, the shrimp was nothing but flat breading shaped into the shape of a shrimp. They make a good pizza, but I’ll never order anything else except pizza from Louie’s again. Even the garlic bread had no flavor and it looked like it was cooked in a microwave. Dinner’s going in the garbage tonight!

I normally go to Leo’s pizza in Washington when today I decided to switch it up and go to louies… I ordered the baked penne and it is severely over cooked and drenched in nothing but cheese. The sauce is what made it inedible though. I’ve had pizza from here before and havent been disappointed. But this was just a bad experience.

Ordered 2 pizzas and we had it delivered. One ham and mushrooms and the other plain for the kids. When it arrived kids sat down first to eat and started complaining of bad smell coming from the pizza. By the time I came over to the table they had eaten 1/3 of the slice each. As I approached them I smelled strong odor of kerosine coming from the pizza. Both of the pizzas had this strong odor. I called Louis right away to let the them know so they don’t poison more people. But the owner started yelling at me, like I am making things up. So of course I went down to show them and now to get my refund. As soon as I entered the pizza place it was evident that who ever is cooking the pizza is also repair person for that kerosine heater. The smell was unbearable in there. Stay away from this place

I attended a birthday party here and the restaurant did a really good job of getting the pizzas out on time so they were nice and hot. And refilled the drink pitchers quickly. They were very accommodating, allowing a birthday cake and small decorations. The pizza was very good. I don’t normally eat the crusts on my pizza but this crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The space was kind of narrow for the number of people in attendance but it worked out fine. A small thing to note was the bathrooms were very clean.

The pizza is great but not to sit down with family. TOO HOT! My family and I love their pizza. No objection. To sit down and eat with the family inside the restaurant is a no-no unless you can stand the heat. We had to pack up and leave. That was in summer time. NO A.C.

The wife and I wanted to try a new place that was closer to our home. I guess we picked the wrong place. I ordered a chicken parm dinner, they did not ask me what pasta I wanted. Ordered garlic knots and the garlic was only on about 4 of the 12 knots, wife ordered a pepperoni calzone, she said the cheese tasted weird and the pepporonis were tasteless. Would not recommend to anyone and was not impressed at all. I’d rather pay a bit more for quality food next time

Great most of the time but the hours are apparently wrong. Please change your hours if you’re going to answer and be an a$$hole to a regular customer. Going to look for other pizza places now. They are definitely losing money.
