New location, new menu options with a nod to the classics. It is great to have this new location on our side of town. Louie’s brought their classics, and reinvented others. The garlic cheese cubes were awesome. The pizzas are good as well. We will be back, but be aware it is noiser than their other locations.

I came out and had a relatively good time for celebrating my mom’s birthday. Our waitress was amazing and was on it, and the food was tasty. The drinks weren’t very strong, even the shot. It was karaoke night and I asked if they accepted song requests. He told me they did and I asked if they would play “The Humpty Dance” by digital underground and he said that he WOULD NOT play that song although he was playing other song requests. I didnt understand why, especially because they were playing songs that were very explicit and that is not an explicit song. That was frustrating but it is what it is. It immediately killed my mood though. That was the only time I requested a song.
They also charge surcharge fees if you use a debit card and that is illegal to do, even if you run the debit card as credit. Its only legal for credit card usage. They might not know this, but it was a 5$ surcharge.

I have been to two different Louie’s locations and have yet to have a negative experience. Both places offered fantastic food options, both in quality and in variety. The service was fantastic. Ella (I think) was fun, personable and joked with our table. The Louie’s Old Fashioned is PERFECT. Definitely, give them a shot if you haven’t yet. Casual dining, chill environment and a place that you can truly look at as your regular hangout.

Went with some friends for lunch on a Sunday. Wasn’t too busy, but wasn’t slow. Service was ok. The atmosphere was chill, and everything was new and clean. The Reuben was a starred item on the menu, so I had to try it. Very good. Lots of cheese, the corned beef was thicker cut, the kraut was very pickley, and the sauce had a spicy kick to it. Good combination of flavors. I enjoyed this sandwich very much

My Wife and I Had the beef Tacos. After we both ate one we looked at each other and I asked her if she smelled and tasted chemical scent on the soft wrap. She said definitely. It was a terrible taste that I suspect was grill cleaner and not scrapped off the griddle properly. Have been there several times and it just doesn’t seem the same quality food that I have experienced at the Texas Corner Location. This evening will be my last visit as we are both burping some sort of terrible chemical by product.

When it first opened it was a 5* place. The food was delicious especially the onion rings. We went a few times over the summer and Fall. We were in on Super bowl Sunday and didn’t have the same experience as before. Something changed. I hope it gets back to normal.
