After we got our pizzas, we received a call from a lady stating they gave us the wrong pizza and asked for us to return them.
First off, that’s disgusting that you want to serve food that has already been in someone’s house.
We asked for another pizza for the inconvenience and they charged us full price and said there was ‘nothing they could do’ for us because of the inconvenience. I will never trust them again for fear my food has already been in someone else’s hands

Ordered 2 pizzas. Drove 10 minutes home to have them call and say we were given the wrong pizzas and to please bring them back so they could give them to another customer. Returned them and ordered a 3rd pizza. Even though I gave them a tip on the first order still charged full price on the extra pizza. Hilarious that they would want to reserve the first ones. Won’t return.

Second time in 3 months pizza shows up cold. My Italian hoagie looks like this.(pic) Called to ask about the sandwich and ask her about why I have no meat. She recited how much goes on the sandwich. Not her fault it’s the owner. Didn’t ask to refund. It’s now a $30 lesson. Please charge me more and give me the sandwich I ordered 10 months ago when you opened. 1 of the 2 places in Ellwood that delivered and you couldn’t prosper from that.

When this location opened I was beyond excited for my family and I truly enjoyed the food at other locations.
When they first opened this location the food was great but slowly I realized it was starting to not taste as good, skimping out on toppings, and raw food; so we slowly stopped eating here. I tried to give them another chance….. I placed an online order and went to pick it up and the lady said the order was overlooked; okay no big deal I’ll come back. I go back, the food is ready so I go home. Open the food and I have raw pizza in the middle and a hoagie that has literally a joke of toppings ( literally like a spoon full of toppings in the hoagie). I called and spoke to the owner in which he then refunded me. I was thankful he did that because I then had to go out and get dinner elsewhere for my kids; we weren’t about to eat raw pizza or basically bread.
Fast forward to months later I said let’s give them another shot for a party we were hosting this past weekend. We call the order in, schedule the pick up hours in advance…… pick the pizza up and everyone sits down to eat it and every single person there said how horrible it was. The pizza was chewy and cardboard like, overcooked and tasted gross. Needless to say, I will never give this location a chance again and do not recommend it.

Foxes Pizza never ceases to fail with its quality and taste in respects to a chain pizza brand. The sauce is a mild flavor but flavorful, with the taste of the lightly crisped edges of pepperoni setting the pie off. Each slice better than the last. The dough of the pizza is according to my wife “good”, as I say it’s is crispy and crunch pleases the appetite. Foxes pizza is out of the foxes den good and worthy of its cost.

Our delivery guy was an absolute doll…my crazy English bulldog wanted to say hi to him and he was so polite, offering to help me any way he could..and I placed my order online but couldn’t get it to process my free dessert, so I called …the young lady who answered the phone was unbelievably nice..very efficient! I so appreciate all of you for an incredible dinner!!!

It’s as good as franchise pizza can be, but the service is great. Every employee is always friendly and jovial. I had a recent issue where while using the app my first transaction errored out. I ended up trying again and received a prompt phone call asking if I had intended a duplicate order. Doesn’t seem like much but it makes a huge difference to the customer experience. Those sorts of customer focused mindsets don’t exist that often these days within customer service and completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Melissa!
