Good place to carry out food by paying cash.
Dine in exp- Their pizzas and appetizers are quite tasty.
Applauding service.
People who can’t handle spice, be careful with their Spicy Shrimp. In general, all their dishes with peppers. The hot peppers make the dish very hot; thus, it’s quite tasty!

We went there twice. And both the times, they did not have tiramisu, which was a huge disappointment. So, for a complete Italian experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place. For trying good food, definitely.

*Carry cash*
They charge an additional 4-5% for all cards. I carry multiple cards everywhere (credit & debit), so that I can use the business’s preferred one. But here, only cash will save you. This makes visiting this place quite expensive.

Could be a 4.5 ⭐️ place if they would stop charging for cards and plan better to not run out of menu items.

Overall 3.5/5

Great atmosphere!! Delicious! Loved their menu. Had local bakery provide their desserts. The only dessert I really enjoyed out of all of them was the baklava. Yum!

The food was wonderful, everything expertly crafted with one small exception (shrimp were a bit overcooked and slightly chewy). Pizza was wonderful (first time trying). Pro tip: if you order the Bruschetta (amazing ) have that sent out by itself first if you are ordering multiple appetizers or it will get a bit soggy.

Only complaint : it was pretty slow when we were there (2 – 3 other tables total) but service was slow to refill and check in (she seemed to be pretty busy talking to the customer at the bar). Very friendly but just not very attentive for a slow night.

My sister and I came in at 5:15 today. We were seated and waited for a server no one came to our table. 6 ppl were standing behind the bar talking. So I went up and said do I need to place my drink and food order here? Server said do u need a waitress? Yes I said we have had no one come to my table with the restaurant almost empty. No one still came so we left. Will never be back. Too busy decorating for Christmas to wait on us!!

Let me preface this review by saying it will almost seem unbelievable because it is considered a “reputable” restaurant in Horseheads. Last week, my family made reservations for 10 at 5:30 on Tuesday for my niece’s birthday dinner. We all got there and our drink orders were taken. The non-alcoholic drinks came fairly quickly. Our bar drinks took exceptional long bc apparently there wasn’t a bartender working (it was apparent bc my margarita came in a highball glass and tasted like just the sour mix). I’m not sure who was making the drinks but they did finally come. Eventually our food orders were taken and we figured it would take a bit considering there were 10 of us. However, when a party of 4 was seated next to us about 30 min after we sat down and got their meal, it became apparent this would be that awkwardly long wait. The server would come back every now and then to assure us our food was coming. (Mind you, I drove an hour w a 7 year old to celebrate). Just before 7, my mom got up from the table and found another waitress to ask her to go back and check on our meal. By that time, my son was a mess and our waitress came and asked if we just wanted it boxed up to go. We said if it was coming in the next few minutes, we’d wait. By 7:15 we had our meals in front of us (remember we got there at 5:30 w a reservation) Most of the meals were cold but we could at least eat before we had to drive back an hour. We boxed up our leftover food and took some cake that my sister in law brought to celebrate to go. Our total for ten of us came to about 420 dollars and on top of that included the tip since it was a larger table. Now here’s where it gets crazy. My brother, who has frequented this place, decided to drive back when it opened on Wednesday to just talk to the owner about our experience. When he got there the bartender said the owner was not there but that she’d have him call. A few hours later, my brother got a call, not from the owner (I hope), that said if he wanted to “pull up out front of the restaurant, they could settle this like real men.” My brother was shocked that this was the response and obviously did not take him up on his offer. My recommendation: stay away from this place, especially if you dare say anything is wrong, you might find yourself “settling things up with Louie in the back parking lot,” whatever that means. Next time I’m in town, we will go to hibachi across the street.

I’ve eaten here a half dozen times the past couple months. I’ve gotten pizza, chicken parm, veil saltimbocca, and the chicken saltimbocca. Pizza and chicken parm is mediocre. Both saltimbocca dishes are terrible, dry, sauceless. Gnocchi overcooked each time. Sliced deli half folded on top with a slice of store bought cheese on a deep fried chicken breast…that is NOT how saltimbocca is made. Where’s the white wine/butter sauce?? The atmosphere is great and the service is barely average. I dont know what happend to this place the past couple of years but it’s food has declined dramatically.

I have to update this review, I had the basic pizza on my last visit and unfortunately it was bland. The crust was limp and flat almost like it was rolled out instead of stretched, there was no fermentation bubbles the cheese and sauce was good but the pizza was not worth taking home. The salads, chicken piccata and the service was very good.

The service was very good, the first margarita pizza was outstanding easily a 9 crispy crust no flop the second was a flop. The rest of the food was very good My wife had the chicken piccata said it was delicious

I really liked their food! The garlic knots and dessert were the right choices and delicious.. but the pasta was good.. not my favorite sausage or meatballs in the Louie’s Pasta that we ordered. Huge quantities of food! 2 people can easily share. I wish we had got a pizza instead of that pasta or a different one. We had a good bottle of wine and the decor is industrial and comfortable. I’d eat there again if in the area

Disappointing take-out. Ordered and paid for a bowl of pomodoro soup and got only a tiny sliver of soup in my cup. Also, the complementary bread was missing (even though a side of butter was included). This has been an issue for the past few years. If you want good portions, head across the street to Nick’s! Only order the soup if you wish to starve.
