I thinking for this post for 9 months but it still in my mind.So I discuss to write my bad experience here. I asked waiter for get appetizer fried calamari and pizza in the same time.The runner man served calamari frist the I telling him I want in the same time with pizza he used bad eyes and very rude words.He eyes asked me want it or he’ll Throw it away.I’m sure I came just once here.Food was great as always.Recommend go another lou.

we got a amazing pizza 2 days ago from Chicago pizza Authority in Northbrook and it was amazing
and it was much cheaper and 100% better.
im from South Chicago and now Kankakee Il
we ordered 2 pizzas at there outrageous prices because they had good reviews
instructed them to
send plates , parmesan cheese and peppers and napkins
they only sent the pizza
nothing else and want to say thats on uber eats
incorrect
i have a restrant in kankakee
and we prepare the order and hand it to driver this is not driver responsibility
then i call to get them to send and she gets smart
so i told her i will give bad review
she responds she dont care
i say u dont care
a restaurant success is built off your reviews
pizza is awful honestly its like good frozen pizza honestly
the sauce is slim and not a quality sauce at all and the crust is like cardboard and they burn the sides
go to Chicago Chicago Pizza Authority if u in this area

Lou Malnati’s is my favorite Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza. We made a reservation for a fairly large group and they were able to accommodate when more people dropped by. We ordered a couple deep dish and a large tavern style and everything tasted great. The best part was the amazing wait staff. They were so kind and helpful and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. I’m getting hungry for pizza just writing this review. I’ll definitely be back!

We stopped here as a recommendation from someone who lives there. It was obvious to me that all of their ingredients were gotten fresh. The tomatoes for their sauce are hand picked. Their sauce is excellent! The deep dish crust has a good crisp to it, we didn’t feel greesy or bloated after eating it. I failed to grab the name of our waiter but he made the whole experience worth it. Great place for families and friends. It felt like home cooking.

Only thing is the personal size that’s labled for 1 person, is definitely too small for a grown man. As a suggestion, it would be good to write the sizes on the menu.

Totally lives up to the hype!! The food was amazing! We love pizza and in Texas, Chicago pizza is hard to come by! Could not wait to try Lou’s and glad we stopped in! Recommend checking in for a table via the website, dinner time is busy here! The thin crust was delicious, loaded with cupped pepperoni, what a dining experience!

Had the deep dish sausage pizza with the butter crust. I haven’t had it in a while. It was very good. They did not disappoint. Very flavorful. The two people that I talked on the phone with to make reservations with were Eleona and Mikey. They both are polite and courteous.
