Hubs and I had a taste for pizza tonight, [we usually cook all the time] he goes online to find the address/phone number and says ‘looks like it’s gotten bad reviews.’ We decided to go for it since we like Malnatis. From the phone call, to the pick up, to getting it home eating it. all was spot on. Won’t lie, we were apprehensive but were not disappointed at all. Hubs said he was full but wanted to eat more. I had the thin crust Gluten Free, ate it all. [Last year, I did purchase the deep dish and wasn’t a fan. I think mistakenly I ordered the full pan of sausage instead of tossed sausage.] But we do love the frozen deep dish to bring on trips; I cook them a bit longer too. Overall, we had a truly great experience this evening.

We finally tried this place after eyeing the negative reviews over the past year. This place exceeded our expectations. Excellent pizza and even better service every time we’ve picked up. They definitely deserve a better rating than what they are currently at, because it seems like they’re doing all the right things now. Give them a try if you’ve been curious about this place!

Incredibly mid pizza. It wasn’t greasy, it was just WET (presumably from the sausage being fully frozen). The box was soggy and leaked all over the car seat as well as my pants and shirt! The pizza itself tasted fine, but the toppings were majorly skimped out on. The sausage patty didn’t fit the whole crust, which is fine, but neither did the sauce! Like why do i have over an inch of hard crust with the tiniest sprinkle of cheese on it? Just ridiculously overpriced for the quality we received. Disappointed to say the least because I had great deep dish at a different location a few years back.

I ordered a Deep-dish sausage pizza (Carry out) recently and I most commend the management staff for a great overall experience with this order. I received exactly what I requested. My pizza was perfect. The pizza was hot and delicious. As a former Chicagoan, I cherish a good pizza and thank this location for allowing me to relive the taste of a good Chicago deep dish pizza as I once did as a child.

We are from Chicago placed our order due to unexpected company. Only to hear an hour later. When the pizza was supposed to be delivered. There was a problem with their system and the order could not be put through. Manager was respectful but not helpful discarded my angst with. Would you or can you wait another hour while we prepare your pizza?

Ive had to go in and change my review since this place first opened. Things have changed here and not for the better. Last 2 times we ordered pizza the crust was so soggy it wasn’t even edible! I’ve reached out through email before because of an issue with location because I refuse to deal with the smart mouth manager girl there. I’ve reached out again about this more recent with no response as of yet. I love Lou Malnati’s it’s a shame this location trashes their name! We won’t order from them ever again!

I gan’t lie. This actually might be the worst pjzza I’ve ever had in my life. Listen to all of the reviews, grease filled mess, absolutely tanked a car seat. The worst premade tomato slop of a sauce, the cheese most likely didn’t originate from a cow nor has any semblance of dairy, the crust was mushy, not cooked evenly, and tasteless. In addition all of us got food poisoning.

The experience was fine. The pizza is not good at all. We got a large deep dish sausage pizza. The crust tastes like yeast, the sausage is almost flavorless and tastes like its been mixed with ground beef. I don’t know how this could even be considered a deep dish pizza. It was more like a thick crust pizza, with not even enough cheese to make a thin crust pizza taste good. The only part that was okay, was you could taste fresh tomatoes in the sause, which was also lacking in flavor. Not worth $30. I wanted to try it. I did that, I will probably never eat it again.
