King Cone is gone which evoked many memories in Richlands. But now we have a new landmark which will evoke new memories years from now. Lou Lou’s Ice Cream Parlor. Ice cream is great, service is great and the place is immaculate. I go there now for the hot dogs and they are delicious. It’s great to have both an ice cream parlor and a place where I can get a great hotdog. Great addition to Richlands.

We stopped at LouLou’s and met the proprietor of the same name. She took the time to introduce us to her best flavors (I got Razpberry Rendezvous and she got Cow Tippin’), and then she told us about building this place just two years ago. We had a good time and the ice cream was delicious, oh, and the restrooms were fabulous. Be sure to stop in Richlands on your way to Breaks Interstate Park.

We ordered the Anniversary Shake, Peanut Butter Shake and a Raspberry Chocolate Shake. They were absolutely delicious. Business looks great. The hard work put into this shop really shows.

Great ice cream shop. Plenty of selections. Has that old “Tastee Freeze” feeling to it (older people get the reference!). Good, friendly service, even when they are busy. Lots of parking.
