It’s not as good as it used to be for sure. I felt like I was intruding wanting some lunch @ 11:28. No one at the register when I walked in, but 2 other seats occupied. Scanned the sign by the booth for the menu, made a selection, and it told me the place was closed (apparently because it was not 11:30 yet). A lady came out of the kitchen about this time, and after a minute or two, she finally acknowledged me and asked me if I had ordered….. So I walked to the register, placed an order, and paid in advance as she requested. Are they just take-out now? I won’t be going back anytime soon.

This food was old and straight trash-where i put it! All reviews about the lady in front being rude is true-she is nasty and racist! I’ve eaten here in the past so I can speak on it…I also recalled them being on news in past for yuk food and health violations but was too late cause I had already paid and no way she would given me my money back so I just took a chance and food was old tasting-rice hard, sweet/sour chicken was old and hard too. Beware of terrible food and customer service!

The lady who takes your order is very freaken rude! She also tries to cheat you, charging 0.75 for fried noodles, but the website says 0.53. Ordered 2 meals, and she gave 1 large rice instead of 2 small and said to share. When I said no, she put into 2 small containers that didn’t fill both boxes. Wish I didn’t have to give a star at all. I’ll never spend my money there again!!

The food would taste better if the lady in the front just retires. She is rude, has no idea about customer service, and has no business working in the front. While I was there she was rude to customers on the phone and was acting like she was doing them a favor. Then started calling them crazy in front of other customers who were trying to order.

I was hesitant after reading some reviews, but we live very close so decided to try, food was great for just wanting Chinese food. If your expectations are expert chef quality, go downtown and pay triple per meal. Lady in the front was professional, nice, and efficient.

I don’t usually eat here but it was close & I was really hungry. Sesame chicken was dry, braised wings were not fresh, the rice was so dry I could hardly swallow.

The food used to be great but now everything is reheated or substandard quality. I had the sweet and sour chicken and the chicken was more gristle than chicken! Why cut back on the quality to save money? Yeah you made a profit but lost a customer. No second visit! The wife and I used to go every week and now we don’t go anymore. We gave them several chances thinking everyone has bad food now and again but several lousy meals in a row has ended that hope. Time to find a better place!

My wife and I have been loyal customers for 5 years now. The food prior to the Pandemic was good but now it is mediocre. We order the same thing every time. Today’s food was overcooked and tasteless. It looks like it’s time to find a new Chinese restaurant. Strongly recommend that you do the same.
