This place is sooooo good that I wanna cry the food IS JUST ANOTHER WORLD, the owner is an awesome dude, the server was so nice and sweet, it was just an amazing experience my heart and stomach are full, I deeply recommend you guys go there, I saw they had lots of order with Uber eats and DoorDash, I didn’t much people sitting inside, but it was because it was snowing really hard, I loved being there, having the place just for me and my friends haha but I also wish more actual people go there and eat at the place, they are so nice and efficient and the food is just AMAZING. 1000 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered delivery for lunch because I was craving my favorite soup, pho. The delivery was earlier than expected, but I would have preferred a longer prep time and delivery rather than what I received. The summer rolls were the first disappointment, as the shrimp was overcooked and rubbery while the vermicelli was undercooked. The peanut sauce was bland and tasted like plain skippy pb.
The biggest problem was that my eye of round was blood-dripping raw. Blood from the meat contaminated the vegetables and noodles in the container, and when I tried to salvage it by heating the broth to boiling and pouring it over the meat, the broth turned RED. I ended up having to throw it away because I am not going to risk getting sick by eating something that literally dripped blood.

We are Pho fans and try to eat it everywhere we go. This place didn’t call my attention first because of the pictures showed, everything looked plain to me. However, because of the distance of Mount Vernon hospital, we decided to give it a try and we are really pleased with our decision. Place was clean and food was great. Service was outstanding too! What I liked the most was how fresh everything tasted.

I was feeling something coming down so I placed an order online for pickup… pickup time was 6:41 got there about 6:45 food wasn’t ready had to wait an additional 10 minutes.
I ordered a veggie bra and the broth tastes like water I added multiple limes jalapenos and plum sauce to give it any flavor. I will say I do like the fact that they have mushrooms in their vegetable pho, as most places do not.
This place used to be Pho 777…. I’ve eaten there and it was decent, is when I used to eat the regular pho but as of late I’ve been eating veggie pho.

I ordered delivery from Lotus Pho & Grill. I ordered two different Pho’s an order of spring rolls and 2 boba teas. I ordered directly through their website so they should be liable.
The food showed up earlier than expected which was nice but as I opened the bag I saw that only the pho (two broths and 2 containers with actual ingredients) were in the bag. The bag reflected that there were only 2 pho’s in that bag.
The deliver guy was gone and so I called the restaurant directly. The man on the line informed me that yes my Boba teas were still sitting there. I asked about my spring rolls and he said they should have been in the bag. I told him they weren’t and the bags ticket reflected it wasn’t in the bag. I asked if they would deliver me the rest of my food and he told me he wasn’t in charge of delivery.
So then I told him I needed refunded for the items I didn’t get. He said he would let the manager know. No one contacted me or refunded me for the missing items. I then went through the email to leave feedback, and then the next day through the restaurant contact us email. No one will respond or refund me for my missing items.
Lotus has essentially stolen $15 dollars from me and I can’t even get my $11 dollar tip back either. No accountability and no response from them.
Do not order from them! If they mess up, it’s not their fault, It’s the delivery persons fault. They don’t care and you won’t get refunded
It’s a real shame and the order was really expensive.

The staff/servers are so sweet. They get Pho right and at a good price. Nice large bowl that I never finish. (Yay for leftover Pho!) It’s a new spot so it’s still quiet. Not very busy. The Boba teas that I have tried so far are all delicious!

Pho, fried rice, and especially the sandwiches are all delicious and legit.
For the scholars out there that select raw meat for their pho and then complain that it is raw, pay better attention and chose cooked meat. Otherwise you have to reheat the broth before adding raw meat (on delivery orders)

We tried the pho (P8) a few nights ago. It was delicious and among the best pho we’ve had. Though we had carry out, the dining room was spacious, clean, and very inviting. Will visit again, without a doubt.
