I’ll start with the good. Service was great, attentive servers and often checked on us if everything is alright. The food was disappointing. Maybe because I asked for egg to substitute the tofu on the drunken noodles that threw them off but that drunken noodle was not drunken noodles. It was soupy, the flat noodles were not gelatinous, the scrambled egg as shown in picture was questionable. I couldn’t eat it nor felt to want to take it home. The appetizers were ok although the veggie egg rolls felt a bit store bought. The papaya salad was alright. The Thai iced tea was really sweet for some so we asked to see if they can mellow the sweetness but their answer was to add more milk since the tea was premade. Was hoping they had 2 types of tea at the ready one sweetened and one unsweetened so for those with low sugar tolerance can balance with unsweetened. I felt the reviews were hyped. Kudos to those who’s had great experience but for me it didn’t live up to the hype. If you ever come to NOVA try Sisters Thai and Dok Khao for some really good tasty Thai and cocktails I blame them for setting the bar high. Atmosphere felt snobby and exclusive, so that set the expectations high. As we entered we were asked if we had reservations, of course we didn’t we walked in with outdoor wear because we just came from an all day hike. We were ready to pay for good food especially after a long day but this left us unsatisfied. Don’t judge your customers by the way they dress. Mark Zuckerberg always wears a plain T-shirt but I’m sure he can afford plenty.

Ate here during the Super Bowl thinking we could get a table quickly. When we arrived there was a 45 minute wait so we ate at the bar. The bar tender told this was really dead and it is usually at least 2 hours on Sunday night. After eating here the long wait makes sense. The bar tenders were excellent and provided wonderful service. The food was out of this world. For my entree I had the Crispy Duck Khao Soi and it was tremendous. All of the food was great and this will now be a regular stop when I am in Vegas. There is so much good food in Vegas that it is hard to go back to places over and over but I will make an exception for Lotus of Siam!

There is something about this restaurant that seems to have a loyal customer base. However you will see plenty of Vegas tourists making a tour away from Vegas Strip to some good old fashioned Thai Cuisine. The menu is overwhelming if you dont know much about Thai food or haven’t done your research. Its a busy place so I didn’t feel like taking a lesson from Server, however they looked cheerful and helped. Make sure to reserve the table.

BON our server was awesome. Helped us out picking all the dishes out and the meal turned out amazing. Definitely come back next time back in town. He even helped us move to a bigger table after we ordered soo much food. Definitely Crispy Garlic Prawns, Khao Soi with braised short ribs and the special deep fried baby back ribs was the favourite

I travel for work, and I spend a lot of time in restaurants around the country. I think this is amongst the top 5 best Thai food places in North America. Seriously. The textures and flavors are authentic and balanced, with no discernable cheap fillers. Ingredients always appear to be fresh, and the service is outstanding. The wait staff and bartenders are courteous, pay good attention, and are knowledgeable about the menu. Get a reservation days or a week in advance to make sure you’re not waiting for hours though. (In one picture, there are about 9 dishes represented, albeit poorly).

Best meal I had while in Vegas.
The crunch on the shrimps was unlike anything I’ve had before. I loved the spicy sauces they brought out. Everything here is world class.
This is a must stop when visiting.

Lotus of Siam was recommended to me from a friend and I’m so happy that we took the trip to go. From the moment you walk in it is absolutely beautiful high ceilings fresh flowers a very authentic feeling. The drink menu had very delicious beverages but the most delicious was the Thai tea. We had the garlic prawns and the crispy duck panang. We also had a bowl of the coconut chicken soup and the shrimp tom yum. The service was great and bathrooms big and clean. Make sure to make a reservation because there was an hour wait it was absolutely packed. Would definitely recommend to other people traveling to Las Vegas and can’t wait to return.

Dined at the old location a few times, but this was the first time at the Flamingo location. It is always a treat to look forward to, but this time was just amazing. Great atmosphere and exception service. We didn’t have reservations, but showed up at 5:15 and waited in the non-reservation line. Got a table for two after a short 15 minute wait. Had some fried back ribs and tom kah soup for an appetizer, fresh mussels and Nigerian prawn entrees and mango with sticky rice for desert.
