We just purchased special fried rice, chicken wings, lo mein, and pork ribs. Unfortunately, the ribs were undercooked. When I started eating them, they felt hard and not tender as they should be. I mentioned that they seemed undercooked, but my husband thought that might just be the texture. However, as I continued eating, I noticed that blood started coming out.
This is both disgusting and concerning, since pork must be fully cooked because it can transmit parasites and bacteria if not properly prepared. This represents a serious health risk.

Ni Hao everyone! Lotus Dynasty was an immaculate experience! The owners are incredibly nice and I felt at home there. My food reminded me of my study abroad in Fuzhou, which goes to show their unbelievable portray of the culture here in the United States. I plan to tell everyone about this place because it was truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. Thank you to all the workers and I cannot wait to come back and order more true authentic Chinese food!

Wow! I have lived in Long Island for 28 years and this was the first experience I had at Lotus Dynasty. All I can say is they just earned a lifetime customer because that was the single greatest restaurant I have ever been to. Michelin needs to evaluate this hidden gem because it deserves all 5 stars. I ordered in store singapore meifun , wonton soup, pork eggroll everything was prepared fresh in front of me. In 5 minutes everything was already well packaged. I wish they would provide spoons chopsticks etc. I guess I have to ask. The eggrolls was very yummy

Stay Away from Lotus Dynasty Restaurant in Holbrook, NY. Ordered Lobster Lo Mein besides 2 other entries. Told women allergic to shrimp. What did I get when I opened up bag of food when I got home? Shrimp Lo Mein. See in photo 4. I called, spoke to women and then manager. I was told they gave me Lobster Lo Mein. Tell me what you see in photo. Thank goodness I saw the small shrimp before eating them. Not only would Lotus Dynasty send me to the hospital they lied about the whole thing. Never again will Lotus Dynasty have me as a customer. Just lost a loyal customer. Ordered delivery which arrived on time but was missing two orders of fried rice. called immediately and they said they were bringing it. so we waited to eat . 30 minutes went by and I called . I can tell they never sent the rice . He said oh yea its coming soon.. I explained that my kids are hungry and I’m not waiting unless it will be here in a few minutes and he said he doesn’t know how long . i just decided I wasn’t going to wait and requested a refund. After giving my card information I was told I would get refunded but I never did. bad business. The food is good but I got no apologies for the mistake kids ate food without fried rice and I’m still down $12. that was the last time I’ll order from them unfortunately.

Every since I moved into this neighborhood about 2 months ago, my wife and I have been searching for a good, or at least decent, Chinese restaurant. We have failed in this endeavor every single time…until we found the Lotus Dynasty. The food is amazing. Tasty and plentiful. It’s even better than the Chinese restaurant we left behind. I’m finally enjoying this cuisine without having to travel to Patchogue or Queens. Glad we found this little hidden gem.

Very nice people there. Never had a mistake with my order. Everything is always hot, made as I asked it to be made, ready on time or deliveries quickly. They usally toss something into the order for free. Last time we had a free sesame chicken combo which was cool. Lunch for my wife the next day.
