The food was incredible, I got a strawberry milkshake and the chicken quesadilla. My boyfriend got the Hawaiian hamburger and then we shared an order of salchipapas. Everything was so flavorful and fresh, the sauces were amazing, especially the pineapple sauce!! Definitely gonna come back here. Service was great as well.

I work at the Hampton Inn Kendall and we always refer our customers to Los Verdes due to their great quality. Really good Colombian and American food. I suggest trying the hot dogs or the Empanadas/Tequeños!

Amazing customer Service. The young men was sweeping the floor and he rapidly came to take my order. Excellent customer service ( I forgot to ask for him name but he was very respectful). The only thing was the meat was lacking a bit of salt.

Forgot to add a Colombiana (drink) to my $40 pick up order and they still wanted me to pay $5 for two colombianas to meet their credit card minimum after I just spent $40??? Make it make sense. Other than that the food was good

They got my order wrong but I’ve never seen customer service like this truly amazing Juan the manager took his time to bring me the correct order all the way to my home. I’m a 27 min drive from them , truly beyond shocked and grateful that he went above and beyond to make it right. Los verdes takes the win on everything right now

I have been a customer at this location since 2018 & its always been fairly good. The other night i went with my partner and we got treated pretty bad. I ordered an arepa for the first time and the waitor asked if i wanted a cachapa to which i didn’t know the difference between the two. I agreed to wanting the sweeter one but it was very busy and the music was loud it seemed we had a miscommunication. They brought the wrong order and i asked for them to replace it when the waitor then stormed over to my table and raised his voice at me. It was very unprofessional and he stated “did i not tell you the difference between the two?” in spanish and told me in english that “next time i know the difference so to order correctly”. He didnt come back to my table for an entire 50 minutes so i went to the counter & asked for the check. Truthfully i never want to go back because hes always working i think he might be the manager. We still tipped him well since again, it was busy. I understand im a server.
