I came here during a weekend with my family since they close early in the afternoon. I heard some great things so I was very excited to try it. I ended up trying one of their recommendations and I was not disappointed! Everything was so delicious and the potatoes has a very interesting mixture. Not bad at all. I was very happy with the chilaquiles I got and was able to have both varieties of salsas too! Overall, the staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The menu was smaller than an average restaurant,but that’s not a bad thing. I will definitely come back. Great place.

Food was good. My fountain drink on the other hand had black stuff floating at the bottom of the cup, when I asked the waiter she said oh it’s not bugs it’s from the syrup. I’m beyond disgusted it looked like mold floating in the bottom of my cup.

I normally don’t leave reviews but decided to try this place I remember it being Danny’s Old Cocina first of all so true about dirty plates on the tables people sitting on tables with dirty tables and waitresses hand the people the menu and start taking plates away and don’t wipe the tables I ordered a pork chop taco w bean and the pork chop was fried and felt like I was chewing beef jerky and no beans they brought side of beans and no flavor no salt . Only thing I liked was the salsa and water .

Food is great from the tortillas to the real food, the chicharrón is really good as well as the chilaquiles but the service is horrible. They took 20 minutes from the time we sat on our table to the time the waiter approached us to go to ask for our order and we told the waiter we didn’t even have menus apologize and took another 10 minutes to take the order and bring drinks, another 30 minutes for the food to get to the table and never give us coffee refill, took 10 more minutes after the food came to get an extra soda and our tortillas. It was bad, and we have little kids so they we desperate. DONT COME HERE!! Food is good but service is HORRIBLE

We come here regularly over the last 2 years. Food has been consistently very good. But today the service was very bad. We finally asked for menus after 25 minutes, we finally got chips and salsa 45 minutes after sitting down. Received our food after an hour (after going to counter to tell them we were more than ready to order) and then he had to go to counter to ask for silverware. Hopefully this was an off day, but if you are in a rush you might want to choose a different place.

The food is ok, we only come for the chicarron botana which isn’t even listed on thier menu, but this place is EXTREMELY short staffed. We always end up waiting nearly an hour for food which is fine because we’re patient, but don’t expect any refills, to go boxes or any type of service after you order. The last time I came everyone got thier food except my child who didn’t get her taco or tamal until after everyone had finished thier food, even after repeated inquiries i was brushed off. That was the last straw for me. My family and I will NOT be returning

The food was amazing! Big portions and everything has great flavor. Their cafe de olla was phenomenal. Owners are nice and polite. I highly recommend checking them out. I know we found our new favorite.

I didn’t get the chance to try anything just chips and salsa! My coworkers and I went yesterday because we saw a video on Facebook. But I think they were short-staffed at the time. We got a table, our drinks, and chips, and we placed our order, but the food never came out. Our lunch break was over, so we had to leave. But we’ll definitely go back to finally try their famous carnitas tacos!
